I am a California-licensed attorney. For years I have attempted to used both GoodRx and GoodRx Gold at several pharmacies. Not once did any pharmacy agree to the advertised/coupon price for any medication. I am deeply troubled that the purpose of your enterprise is not to provide discounts on medication, but some other nefarious goal. I am certain I am not alone with this issue.
My law firm will begin the necessary research to better understand actual intentions of GoodRx. It is likely that this research will lead to legal action — potentially another class action suit against your company.
Corporate entities like yours must be held accountable for their actions.

Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Ashley Peña won’t return a single phone call and she’s the supervisor!! Don’t say you will call back and never call back!!! They took my rewards points and won’t send me a link or a code so that I can pick a gift card from Tango, they blame Tango!! I’ve been calling GoodRx for one month now and can’t get anything but the run around! I’ve been lied to, hung up on, left on hold and they never came back to phone and told the supervisor 3 times now would call me back , I’m still waiting!! Your only as good as your service and employees!! You have failed miserably !!!

I tried your service for the first time on 6-25-2022.
The price I paid was higher by 20% than what you quoted and the $5 first time discount
that you offered was not applied.
When I called to complain I was told that there was nothing that you could do.
What kind of business practice is that? I am not sure how you stay in business this way.
You offered a deal to me and then when it was different at the register you did not stand
behind it.
I will be communicating this to my community as I was the guinea pig for trying out
your service.

I have been told by a pharmacy I no longer can fill prescription there because I questioned them and Good RX about a coupon. I spoke to the phone line number for RX and asked about the coupon, exactly what it says to do if there is a problem. This was my first time trying to use Good RX I was looked at like I was crazy told absolutely no will not honor and now the pharmacists is angry with me for inquiring with Good RX about the add. This is crazy the coupon is no good and the pharmacy has band me from coming there again. I was never rude unprofessional with anyone I simply wanted to know why. Followed instructions by good rx. Now I am beyond embarrassed how can this happen? The pharmacy took offense to me showing them the add and calling to inquire about it. How can they be mad at me. I am the one being treated like trash because of add. Please help me understand why?? I am 60 years old this is not what I expected for trying to use a coupon. I have cried about this I never wanted this. I am so embarrassed
They think I did something to them only I don’t know what it is. I was told you can no longer come here because I called Good RX she said I got them in trouble. What!?!! Because I asked about coupons and followed directions. I am extremely upset about this.

My name is Kent McDill. I worked as a freelancer with Kristen Gerencher on an article on Jardiance during the spring, for which I was paid. Then on June 23 I was asked to work on an article on Medigap policies. I worked on the article from June 23 to July 27, at which point Kristen stopped communicating with me, and stopped editing the article. I contacted her by email twice to determine the status of the article but did not hear from her. On August 11, GoodRX published an article on Medigap which was essentially the article I wrote, but under a different byline (there was one additional chart added). I have not been paid for the article and have not had communication with Kristen since July 27. I have sent an invoice to Kristen and to your accounts payable department. Please advise regarding the status of my payment.
