I have been a customer for a long time and when I want to return something that is not what I need case is opened I do not want the product in question it was not a final sale. I will contact BBB in New York, NY and will not buy again I assure you. This is ridiculous and not a very nice way to treat a customer.

I placed an order last night and right after I click, I realized I pressed to wrong button. Instead of cancel I submitted it. It took me a while to see how to cancel the order. There was no way of doing so. I sent them an email within the time frame specified and followed up with a phone call. The call center is in Ireland. The agent I spoke to refused to cancel, change the delivery date or anything else.
I will be reporting this to the attorney general’s office. There are no clear instructions on cancelling policy or cancelling procedure on this website. Customer service is not open 24 hours to communicate with them. The agents are like robots. They have no resources besides saying – order cannot be cancelled or the delivery cannot be changed.
