Auntie Anne’s Hand Rolled Soft Pretzels Corporate Office

Founded in 1988 by Anne Beiler and her husband, Auntie Anne’s Hand Rolled Soft Pretzels, often referred to as Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, started as a two person, one market stand in Pennsylvania’s Farmer’s Market.  Today, the company has grown to more than 1500 locations around the world, located in malls, Walmart stores, airports, travel plazas, amusement parks, and military bases.

The company creates a wide range of soft pretzels and varieties of such, as well selling a mix to make pretzels at home. Auntie Anne’s is a franchise operation and in 2010, Auntie Anne’s was purchased by FOCUS Brands.

Auntie Anne’s Pretzels is listed as #18 on the Entrepreneur 2015 list of the Top Fastest Growing Franchises in America. The company offers third-party sources which offer financing to cover items such as franchise fee, startup costs, equipment, inventory, accounts receivable and payroll. There are discount programs available for veterans.

Love With Food was founded in 2011 by Aihui Ong in Foster City, California. Ong spent one year traveling the world and saw that many people lacked even clean water or decent food. When her friend developed cancer, Ong decided to provide her with a week’s worth of healthy snacks at a time. Love With Food was born.

The company delivers healthy snacks to the home via subscription service. Clients can order more of the snacks they enjoyed the most and receive discounts on their next deliveries. Love With Food also donates one meal to a food bank for every snack box purchased.

DeliverLean does exactly what the name implies. The company delivers specialty meals, such as low calorie, low carb, or all organic produce, to homes and businesses throughout Southern Florida.

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, commonly referred to as P.F.Chang’s, was founded by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming. Their first location was in Scottsdale, Arizona. The company specializes in Chinese American cuisine, Asian beers, wines, specialty drinks, sake, as well as gluten free food choices.

The company owns and operates two different restaurant concepts; Pei Wei Asian Diner and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. This is an international chain with 204 P.F. Chang restaurants in America, 170 quick, casual style Pei Wei restaurants, along with 15 P.F. Chang’s in the Middle East, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.

P.F. Chang’s went private in July of 2012 when the chain was purchased by Centerbridge Partners. P.F. Chang’s also has a line of “Home Menu” frozen foods and appetizers that is owned by Unilever.

Elephant Bar was founded in 1980 by David Nancarrow in Lubbock, Texas. The restaurant chain has an African safari theme with large, elephant statues inside and outside most locations, zebra print wallpaper and leopard print carpets. Most food dishes are pan-Asian fusion or typical American fare of BBQ ribs and hamburgers. There are currently 29 locations throughout the US, with most of the locations being in California.

Elephant Bar was forced to file for bankruptcy in June of 2014 and was purchased by CM7 Capital, whose parent company is Chalak Mitra Group, who also runs the Genghis Grill chain. The new owners closed 16 restaurant locations, including the Elephant Bar in Irvine and Santa Clarita, California, two very popular locations.

In July of 2015, Elephant Bar locations began offering a reward system for frequent diners in hopes of increasing sales.
