The company operates an on-demand delivery service via a mobile phone app, delivering nearly anything in less than one hour, even from stores or restaurants that don’t offer delivery.
In October 2015, Favor announced that they had completed 1 million deliveries and by 2017, more than 5 million deliveries.
HEB grocery acquired the company in February 2018.
Circle K began offering delivery within the state of Texas via Favor in October 2019.
HEB confirmed that company headquarters for Favor would remain in Austin and that the CEO and employees would remain unchanged.

These ppl took money off my debit card without my permission I’ve never even heard if you’re service
I did not sign up for your service and I did not authorize you to take money off my debit card. That’s called stealing when you use someone’s debit card without their consent return my money to my debit card immediately. I have never used your service or signed up for your service and don’t care to do so. I don’t even live anywhere near your service giver me my money back now
I am a Favor Runner or at least I was for one week. I have begged for help with the problem I’m having on-line and have got absolutely ZERO assistance. I worked my first Week in Alvin, Tx with no problems and Favor paid me for my work. After the first week however, when I try to RUN I get a message that says Not in a Neighborhood. “You’re currently outside of any neighborhood in the Houston Metro market. Move inside of a neighborhood to start running.”
Like I said, I’ve ran in Alvin. Now, I’m not allowed to run. There has to be a simple fix to this but I can’t figure it out and NO ONE as been any help.
Please assist me with this. I really enjoyed running the week I was able to.
