Customer Service is NOT helpful at all. This is one big scam . Very frustrating experience.

The whole company is a scam. I signed for 6 months. I got REOAD PAGE error virtually every time I clicked on anything. It progressively got worse. The terrible running platform wasn’t the only problem. The matches were NOT matches at all. I am 5’9″ I got matches for men that were 5’5″ tall and men who had no pictures, nothing wrote on their profiles. How is that a match? Just a horrible run site. Fake profiles galore!
After a month of nonsense, I asked for the remainder 5 months back b/c the site never worked right and I never could get any responses to my complaints from their help form. I would get a reference ticket # and nothing else.
I canceled the auto-renewal which resulted in losing more of the sites functions. I deleted my profile. I demanded my money back. Then I got an email saying they had a 3 day grace period in which to decide if you liked the site or not. I could not be refunded any money before this 3 day grace period. Heck, it took me 3 days to put up a profile and get it approved. Much of that time was spent changing my profile to suit them. They never pin-pointed what was wrong with what I wrote, they just wouldn’t publish it until I changed it.
3 days? Who gives you 3 days? Someone that has ZERO faith in their product and KNOWS that people are going to HATE the site and have problems with it. That is who gives 3 days! So I am out over $83.70 for one month of frustration!
I’m contesting it with Paypal since I used them to pay Sparks Network Services with. I will make it my mission to leave an HONEST review of this company anywhere I can.
Silver Singles is for older adults, many who are on a limited budget like me. I am going to warn as many people as I can of Sparks Network’s shady business practices.

Call your CC company and dispute the charge. Simple resolution if you have the right CC company that stands behind their customer Also report company to the AG’S office in your state. They should investigate the company for fruad.

Your company is invading my privacy and I believe to be making fake profiles. I have someone behind your curtain sending a fake message to all who put a like on my profile. You have now caused me to question your site and feel you have invaded my privacy. I am very upset and just want a full refund. You have totally lost my confidence in any privacy. The same stupid message went out to all and that could only be your doing. I am super disgusted!

Elite is terrible. I’m trying to delete my profile and pics but I forgot my password and doesn’t give me the option to reset. No customer service to talk to. I’m stuck. Won’t recommend Elite to anyone.

They are sending regular messages now to my email address asking me to go to site.
This is unaccepatable & very dissapointing.
The only way they can now I was online at that moment was via elite at 2pm during the day answering an email sent to me.
