Like so many others I really miss the original Duluth Trading Company Carpenter Blue Jeans for men. They were by far my favorite jeans up until Duluth got rid of a product the guys loved to the cheap junk they have now. I don’t understand why a company would get rid of a quality product people love and want to buy only to attempt to increase profits by getting rid of a great product only to now sell pants that people say fall apart at the seems on 2 to 3 months after buying them. I told Duluth they were making a big mistake and obviously they did because the BBB is fully of customer complaints now. In fact, now they won’t even list the CEO contact information. I guess that’s because they don’t want to hear everyone’s complaints. All we can do is accept the reality that Duluth is no longer the company it once was. If I’m going to buy cheap junk jeans I’ll buy them at Wall-E-World for a lot less. At least I know I’m buying cheap jeans there and expect what I get. Paying $69 for jeans and getting junk doesn’t fly with me. If anybody finds a great pair of carpenter jeans, please leave a message and I’ll have to check them out.

    Another one bites the dust!

I am 71 years old, dying from stg 4 prostate, and ling cancer. During this Covid19 lockdown I went from a 32″ waist to a 38/40″ . Unable to go out to shop for clothing I ordered from this total Bullsh*t company to the tune of over 401.05 over two orders.

I have tried since early June to get them to correct this, and all I have gotten is their weak excuses and finally their lies.

They took a total of $701.15 in charges off my debit card, and I regret that I decided under stress to keep a pair of pants, suspenders, and a cheap sweater. I boxed all the other items back up in their packaging, attached their return label, and sent it off to USPS for a refund, then was told they were charging me $7.50 each for the three return shipping labels, and what ever fees they think they can get away with. they claim they only owe me $331. and change… They owe me $401.05, these people are either totally incompetent, or they are thieves! I suspect they are just thieves!

No BULL is just a bunch of crap, customer service is brutally horrible,
Your mistake on an order and nobody wants to even attempt to make it right
instead of fixing the problem they want to send me a check and have me reorder which results in another shipping charge. two attempts the fix the issue with zero results and lots of BULL and over just a few dollors. terrible policies Duluth makes a mistake and i get the punishment. never again will i purchase from this sham of a company

I am seeking a partner to manufacture and market a patented pet access ramp that is unlike any other. Once installed it remains in the vehicle for use any time. It would compliment your product line very nicely. Who may I contact in your organization?

I want to say how I was so happy to find quite a few items I like (though very expensive), but found them
to be of great quality at Duluth, plus the Customer Service was great! UP UNTILl the last time I went into the Omaha store this year. I brought some items back for an exchange and the C.S. was very unfriendly and acted like it was an imposition. (A couple of the pants had NEVER been worn and I was given very little credit on them.) I kept a pair of the fleece lined ones at home but they are EXTREMELY HOT! I also needed to restock my supply of Firehose UNLINED Shirt Jacs (shirt tag RN# 106803. 13005 20042522 C16 3237-30 PNV) (Size 2XL. 97%Cotton.3% Spandex.) but have disappointedly come to find out they have been discontinued! I did some research and have not seen anything but favorable comments on these! People are literally begging to be able to buy them again! Why in the world would you stop making something people WANT!?? It is a very durable, perfect work shirt! Not too hot, not too cool. Great for layering, spring and fall! I work hard as a farmer/rancher and I cannot wear the flannel/ fleece lined shirts. They are waaay too hot!!! I would continue shopping at Duluth IF I could find what I like to wear. But little by little, I am being lead elsewhere.

I am an avid hunter. Why doesn’t your company have a hunting line of clothing and gear? You could have blaze orange, thermal fire pants that would be great for hunting. All your clothing could be produced in blaze orange and camo. I know several hunters who have stated they would purchase your clothing and gear for hunting if available. Please consider…

Your Customer Service and return Dept. is the WORST I have ever seen! If the Company I worked for handled the returns as you do we would be out of business which is where you are heading! I will never purchase from this company again and if other people are smart reading this they will not order from you either! It’s a shame when you have such a great products and such a terrible return system! I wanted to purchase more but that won’t happen again! Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. Twice isn’t happening!

Currently in the middle of a month long saga just to get a flannel shirt jac. There doesn’t not seem to be one competent customer care rep who can make it happen. Is there anyone here who can help? You’ve had our money for over an month and we still don’t have our item. Have had the wrong one sent twice and had more than one customer care rep not follow through with their promise. It should not be this difficult to do business with your company.

    To whom it may concern,

I don’t know if you will be concerned but your customer service department seemed not to care! You advertised your but naked underwear on 8/11/18 for 12.99 I want to buy 12 pair and every time I go to order them it kicks the price back up to 22 dollars and change. I would like to buy 12 pair at the 12.99 price, Please help I have been waiting or them to go on watching and waiting for them to go on sale. I sent this to your customer service and basically got a sorry but this is the price then they offered them for 18.00. I just want to let you know I can’t believe a company like yours will take a stand like this…very disappointed! I watched for a sale on these and I have a PDF of the add!

    Regards
    Scott

    Hi,
I would like to ask that you bring back the original flex Fire Hose pants. I have bought 3 pair in the past and was satisfied with the fit, durability and pockets. I went to the local store to buy another pair and was VERY disappointed to find that this style has been discontinued. The new styles have a baggy fit and cargo pockets that will catch on branches while I work (I am a landscaper).
Please bring back the original Fire Hose Pants. If you have any stored away please, let me know. I will buy size 12, 31 in inseam. I LOVED THESE PANTS!
    Thank you,
    Peg

I have been a satisfied customer for a few year of Duluth trading co. Today it hit me while looking through the new catalog. I started seeing these Christmas tree ornaments and thought if those things could be car air fresheners that would be great with smells like cedar, balsum, pine wood chips and the rest of the great outdoors scents like lumberjacks, hunters, firefighters and any other hard working men. I think they would go over very well.

I placed an order last Thursday 2/2/17. The order was intended as a gift. Order#62338311.
The item #65505. Never showed as being shipped. My order confirmation stated the entire order was confirmed. I called today to inquire why the shirt wasn’t shipped and was informed that it was out of stock. I was never notified. I started doing business with your company because my partner, Sonia Friberg,, has spent thousands of dollars with your company and raved about the quality. I have been the recipient of many of your products, including the item that was not shipped. My daughter saw it and went crazy over it and I decided to send it to her for her birthday along with a few other items.
Needless to say, I am more than disappointed with the order processing. We will taking our business elsewhere.

To whom it may concern :

My name is Susan Kreps of Moorhead MN. I live across the Red River of the north from Fargo, ND. The reason for the e-mail is to encourage you to consider our community
for a new store. West Acres mall has had Sears tell them that they will be closing very soon. They will leave a huge void at that end of the mall. West Acres is considering making that space into maybe three. The biggest request for a store to take over is Duluth Trading, whom we ( my family) loves!

Our community is pretty great and growing in all things good. Jobs, housing, education both K-12 and three collages and a big community collage as well! Personally I wish you could be here in Moorhead, it would boost our economy and Mn no tax on clothes but West Acres Mall would be better.
I just know you would get a great welcome to the community! We get a lot of Manitoba people come shop all the time too. So with Dilworth Mn, MoorheadMn, Fargo ND and West Fargo ND plus a plethora of smaller community’s close by, I think you would enjoy it here!
Please consider. We would LOVE to have you!!
    Sincerely ,
    Susan A Kreps

I believe that this product Duluth Trading could make and sell in their catalog. It is a unique concept but vary simple. ‘Can you let me know if you might be interested.

I have designed and I am manufacturing a Newely designed unisex winter fleece cap that can be worn and used in many ways. It is quite unique, it can be heated or not. We recommend it can be worn by 5 yrs all the way up to 105 yrs old. It is a cap, a head band, a face warmer, a neck and chest warmer, even a pouch. You can carry your phone in it. your ear buds, cash $, car keys, small flashlight, passport, lipstick, health bar, sunglasses etc.. and no one even knows your wearing your personal belongings. You can even use it as a seat (car) warmer. A bed warmer even use it in your sleeping bag. No more cold feet. It also has a security devise so no one can take it without you knowing it and stopping it immediately. I would love to bring it to you and show you. I will need 5 minutes of your time and I will not say a word. Only to introduce myself. I actually was on vacation in Michigan and stopped in one of your new stores. I showed one of my caps + to one of your sales people and before leaving he stopped me at the door so I could show another salesman. They said I needed to contact you at corporate because it would do really well in your store.
