Chester’s chicken no longer the same! Buena Vista CO @ Love’s. The last 2 times we have gotten the chicken tenders they have been very spicy hot and overcooked. They used to be perfect…light golden and seasoned perfectly. We spend a lot of money there getting tenders , sides and biscuits. $40 each time at least. We will no longer buy Chester’s and will share that will our friends that used to rave about it lime us. Sorry Chester’s screwed up a good product…no more!!!!

I get chicken from Chesters at the Marathon station in Muskegon, MI. There was a young girl working there. Service and food was great. Then one of the owners took her place and everything went downhill. They are not open the stated hours. The chicken is dry. If you want morethan what they have they will not cook more. I question them following the health code. One day I saw the wife of the owner flouring chicken.She was sitting on the floor on a milk crate. Pan of floured chicken on the floor. Another worker came into the area and waited on me. He didn’t even wash his hands.
Judging from other comments I see they have many issues. Good bye chesters. I will go somewhere else.

I was going to leave an explanation of what I’ve gone thru 2 times at the Chester’s chicken in St. ROBERT, Mo. But after reading all the other comments it’s all been said already. Too bad cause the chicken is awesome when they have some and you can find someone to help you at the counter that is not pissed off at you for trying to order something.

You need to pull your franchise from the Big Apple in Berlin, NH. Either there is no chicken when you want, or it is too dry and overcooked, or it has sat there for over an hour. I went today to this location and I ended up not buying any chicken; it looked like it had sat in the warmer all day and when I asked how long it had been in the warmer I was told at least and hour and a half. Your name it going to get ruined if all places operate in this manner—need to take lessons from KFC and need to look at the equipment they use—holding ovens (cress core/alto shams). I have gone to Chester’s at the pride store in Springfield. Ma. I wanted 8 piece dark meat only. I was told that I had to get 2 breast. I explained again and again that I wanted dark meat only. Finally after much distress and wait the pieces were cooked but when it was ready, the employee was giving me the chicken that was there instead of the chicken she cooked for me> I asked why I could not get the chicken she cooked for me she advised me that she was told to give out the old food first. I left. I decided to give it another try same thing. I was told she got in trouble for doing it and that Corporate said it had to be 2breast 2 thighs 2 wings 2 drum sticks. It is not written anywhere that it has to be that way and why should any customer have to pay for something they don’t want. When I go to the one on St James Ave. I get the dark meat and you even get a 2.00 discount for doing so. So if you live in Springfield Ma and you want chicken from Chester’s, go to St James Ave. You will get what you want and it will be fresh and no grief and better service. I also spoke with the manager who promised to look into this.

The store in E. Longmeadow has a new manager that seems great but there is onc cook there that has been rude to me 3 times. I want to say her name is Yasheada. I went to the store manager who is the best and said she received several complaints about her. The cook is totally unprofessional/rude. Throws the food into the box while sighing. Went there at 12 PM today and she said no food until 12:30. Website said open at 11:00. If you’re not happy at your job, find another one.

Just walked in to Chester fried in Turner Maine walked up to full warmer while attendant was waiting on woman in front of me and was told, “We don’t open till 10 am I’m just taking care of her cause she was already here” the time was 9:40 am WTH??I LOVE CHESTER FRIED CHICKEN! 1. On 10/19/2018 about 6:00ish P.M. we stopped at a Cennox Station in

always pick up some Chesters chicken there and most of the time it is
pretty good.
3. So on this day I got a 12 piece and as we got out the door I realized the
checkout girl way over charged us. Well we went back in right away
and got that fixed.
4. Now keep in mind we live in Wis. Rapids,WI 54494. Drive time is
about 40 minutes till home. So we get home and see that the 12
pieces consist of 1 wing and the rest legs and thighs. Where is the white
pieces (breast)? We were mad and very disappointed.
5. Now the thing is the girl that gave us the chicken says that oh I might
have enough when behind her was a fresh large basket of already cooked.
But no. She gave us the old dried up (and it was) scraps that been under

6. I am not paying that kind of price and getting ripped off. We want a

Went and got 6 of the Chester chicken tenders at the Ontario Love Gas station. PAID 11. 96 for them. When I said that I though it was high the girl told me that what they charge. The week before I bought the same thing and only paid 5.?? for them all. I now plan on going to some place else to my food. I could have had a good meal for what I paing.

On, March the 8th of 2018 at 12:15p.m. Thursday. A black gas station attendant REFUSE TO SERVE Me as a customer. I just wanted to get some gas when all of the sudden this black woman REFUSE to give me some gas.Now, however we have been contacting the company but they want to ignore me when I ask her can I get some gas? the gas station attendant would not say anything. She went to help another customer she frown up at me making obscene facial looks while other customer’s looking on. I think it’s fair that the Chester’s chicken compensated me for my suffering with her rude behavior and obnoxious attitude NO T-shirts, NO Hats nothing of any purchase dice with there offer. I’m a dialysis patient I deserve to be treated with respect maybe $800.00 dollars might cover this problem but who’s to say if I might go to the government and let them know. You got my number call me when you have made a decision if I don’t like what I heard from then so be it I forward the letter and video.

Very upset had an allergic reaction to something i ate at the location in frankfort indiana i tried to call the store and was told it wasnt possible to get sick from their food and was abruptly hung up on. Tried to call corporate office and omg your menu is horrendous so i gave up without speaking to anyone. So now instead of being able to get info on what was in the food to cause my reaction which should be availabe tp anyone i am having test run to see what it is. Great customer service!!! Needless to say i will never return

Recently purchased 2 piece dinner, ordered two breasts but got a thigh instead of one of the breast. Not only was the breast extremely small but it was horribly dried out and tough..the meat was so dry and hard when I took a bite it cut my gum and made it bleed. I am a truck driver and stop at Chester’s quite often, I have never had such poor quality chicken before and the biscuit was as hard as a rock and the macaroni and cheese was dry and tasteless. I will look to spend my time and money elsewhere in the future, I am disgusted with the poor quality of this specific Chesters.

Bought a 6 piece chicken tender in the first bite of the third piece I got stabbed in my gums I thought it was a small bone at first then as I pulled it out of my mouth I realized it was an inch long skinny piece of metal……..

I tried your chicken ar several different places it was all the same Blaine. You might think about salt and some other herbs and spices. My son is a truck driver and he won’t eat your chicken, he and I agree it tastes like chicken dipped in flour I don’t get it. My mama would have slapped me for serving something so bland.

im a truck driver and i stopped at the Chesters @Love’s Travel center about 19:30. There chicken tenders looked terrible as they just the left overs from the day. i asked the gentalman server if he could add a few more to make up for the poor quality of what was left. He declined and pretty much said this is what left. I asked him if he could cook me some new ones and he decline this also. I am out outraged by this service and the quality. If they were not going to add extra pieces to make up for the poor selection they should have closed their doors.

I am very dissapointed in your food today. I drove 14 miles from my home to get your chicken because in the past it was pretty darn good. I am referring to the location 9000 Interpark dr, Ingalls Indiana. You had a line of people and 1 person working she kept saying I am sorry my other worker is on break. When it got to be my turn I could tell there was not going to be enough food for my order but I was willing to wait for fresh food. I ordered a lg sie of chicken and gizzards well there was like 5 gizzards available, but the livers were fresh. She could not get me fresh gizzards because nobody else working I took what you had and yes very tough threw them out. Then I also ordered an 8 piece family, well there were no wings so she gave me thighs and breast and legs. Not enough fries so she offered a different side. I got mashed potatoes which were watery and chuncky mac and cheese which was dried out and corn on the cob it seemed to be ok. Then I ordered 2 additional breasts and chicken tenders, the tenders were ok but the breasts now I know why they were 1/2 price. I guess to sum it up the chicken was so hard and dried out could not eat any of it, the potatoes were gross the gizzards were unfit to eat. and mind you this was a 34.00 order and 14 miles of gas. I told her I would gladly wait for fresh food and she pretty much refused said it would be an hour wait since she was the only person working. She said the food I was taking was fine and IT WAS NOT!! I was there are your restauraunt at 1:30 pm on Sunday 09/18/2016. I doubt I will be driving that far again since I have a KFC right up the street. You guys really need to hire more people and keep the food going because that is a truck stop and I am sure the truckers are hungry and don’t want to wait. People were even getting out of line and going to McDonalds which is in the same building.

I know this is trivial. BUT, this is becoming a real continuous festering issue with me and others I’ve spoken with.
I will order a 3 piece tender snack and 2 Chinese burritos ( egg rolls ) and receive 1 dipping sauce. Yes, I can purchase another at a nominal fee. 1 sauce is supposed to accommodate 3 pieces of chicken 3 pieces of potato and 2 Chinese burritos ( egg rolls ) Really ?? If I ask for a second dipping sauce, I’m told, no dipping sauce is supposed to come with the order and I could buy another one.
I am already paying $10.00 why? Is the cost of your dipping sauce so high that the franchise has to charge in addition to the overall cost of the meal ?? What’s next, being charged for the napkins that already never, comes with the meal. I know you could have a cover charge at the door and really start raking the dough in.
Every franchise has this going on. I can only imagine how cut throat it must be for the people who have to pay you for the pleasure of this. I know I’m fed up.
