I received a merchandise credit of $230 from over a year ago . I was saving it for when my son needed a new carseat. I went to use it and it’s saying that it’s invalid. I reached out to customer support and a shocking turn of events they are saying my credit is no longer valid bc the originally company claimed bankruptcy! All credits needed to be used apparently by March 2023 ( I was not aware or j would have right away. I never received any notice via email or anything) I was told there was nothing that can be done. I’m sorry I can not accept this it’s $230! It’s not a few bucks . I am requesting compensation as this is a huge loss for me! I’m in no position to forfeit $230 for something that I was not aware of or was not an error on my end. Please help me rectify this as I have been a patron of your company for many years . I had both baby registrations with your company. I mean this needs to be fixed.

spoke with four different customer service reps today All incompetant!!!! Not one of the four gave me the same answer to my dilema. I am registered for a new baby and got the complete run around. spoke with EJ, Mae, rob and another women earlier. Someone needs to be doing better training on their employees. Such a shame that new and expectant parents have to be spoken to with such rudeness. If i ever raised my voice when dealing with the public i would have been fired. Shame on you BUY BUY baby and Bed bath and beyond. So incredibly dissappointed today.

Roseville store is bad customer service and extremely Slow! There was 4 gals at 1 register talking and laughing. While a line of us waiting. We got a 500.00 stroller and had to load it ourself and I’m 60 and she’s pregnant. I will let every person I know about this store to plan on waiting at least 2hrs to check out!! Never again. Such rude workers. Very Disappointing.

I have had to have at least 9 different phone calls with your company. I ordered a crib for my daughter with specific instructions not to deliver until a certain date (when they moved into their new apartment). I received an email from you that it was being delivered day early, so I called and was told that the date on the email was only an estimate. I was told to check the status the day before to see if it changed and if not, I was to contact FedEx. I checked and it did not change and when i contacted Fed ex it was already out for delivery, and they sent a message but could not guarantee that they would receive it. I then received an email that the package was delivered. Because my daughter was not yet in the home i had to drive to another state and pick up the item which was left out in the rain for hours and was damaged. I called and requested that a new one be sent and this one picked up. I gave the new address for pickup which he then said that he had to verify by looking at google maps. He then told me that the item would be picked up the next day and a new one would be shipped. Two days later that item was still there. I called again and they reported that the item would be picked up in a few days. I stressed that i needed a new one sent, and they reported that they would send as soon as it was returned. A few days later I called because the crib was still sitting outside, wetter than before and I was concerned that anyone driving by would see it. I told them that I wanted it in my correspondence that I am not responsible If this crib disappears overnight. I asked for an update, and they stated that FedEx was scheduled. One week later i called and was told that Fed Ex tried to retrieve the item but was unsuccessful. They were unsuccessful because they went to the delivery address not the address I provided for pickup. I requested to speak with a supervisor was then told that the item was picked up and she would put in the new order. (I found out later that the item was in fact still sitting in my driveway). She then got back on the phone and stated that there were no other cribs in stock, even though when I spoke with someone before the promised that they would put one on hold so that when the return came back, the new order would be processed. She told me that she could not put in a new order and sent me a link for a different crib for the same price as the first one and would process the refund. I received an email that the order was processed however nothing about the refund. I called again and was told that the refund cannot be processed until the other crib is returned which was again another misleading piece of information.
I know I have called more than I am documenting. I can’t keep track of how many completely different conversations I have had with different phone operators giving me different information. This has been probably the worst experience with a company I have ever had. I am always a person who believes in being nice and polite can get you farther then being a jerk however I now can see why people are jerks.. This has tried my patience.
I just recently had another call with another supervisor and again gave him the correct pick up for the damaged product. He stated that he would call back in 48 hours to give me an update on my refund.
As of now I have paid for 2 cribs, one is in the driveway damaged and the other, I hope.. will be delivered.

I’m in the Raleigh Durham NC area….mainly the Raleigh area. Have this company considered bringing a Buy Buy Baby location to the Raleigh location. Love shopping for gifts and my own family (kids) but having to drive to Morrisville is not a short drive. Please consider putting a store in Raleigh, I’m sure it will do well.

37 days later and we are nowhere close to having a crib! Ordered and paid for baby crib that took over 30 days to arrive and unfortunately arrived severely damaged – cannot even imagine why they would deliver with pieces and parts protruding through box. After multiple calls and attempts to escalate return damaged crib and receive replacement there is zero response being received. Pilot delivery they use is a joke, as they hand their deliveries off to Wings & Wheels that has a 1.6 rating. It appears you need to file a complaint with the BBB before Buy Buy Baby Executive Complaints Team will get involved. Horrible offshore customer service!

Ordered a breast pump for my daughter, she opened it to look at it and didn’t like it, you can clearly tell it was never used but couldn’t get a refund because it was opened, and now I’m out $180. Why would you not want to look at it before you decide if you want to keep it. Worst customer service ever!!! That will be the last time Buy Buy Baby gets any money from me. I will continue to spend my hard earned money at Amazon and Walmart.

I shopped at your Buy Buy Baby store on University Ave, Clive, Iowa on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. First of all, Governor Reynolds lifted the mask mandate as of March 7, 2021. Secondly, it has been proven that mask do NOTHING to prevent ANY virus, it is just a false sense of security. Thirdly, Mask have been proven to weaken our immunity, give us lung disease and infection from breathing in our own carbon dioxide and it just isn’t healthy. So, myself with my husband, daughter and son in-law went to shop and also pick up an on-line purchase. I picked up the purchase and was nobody said a word to any of us about not wearing a mask. We passed several other Team members and they said “hello” and were nice. After being in the store about 20 minutes a female Manger approached us and told us that we had to wear a mask and that she had some if we needed them. I told her that I had my own mask and I was not wearing one. She told me that I had to wear one. I told her that several other stores (Wal-Mart being one where I spoke to the Manager) stated that customers no longer had to wear the mask in their store even though the had a sign at the door. She stood and argued with us and was very rude! You have no idea how much money we have spend at this store buying for our grandchildren and great nephews! Buy Buy Baby better start showing the Customers the “Science” as to why thy insist on having masks because all it is doing is pissing off your Customers and I will tell everyone that I know who shop there what my experience was like!!!

I ordered a pool to send to our grandson in Japan where my son in law is stationed. The pool was ordered about 5 weeks ago or close to it and it has not moved since the 3 rd week of May per the tracking number. I have emailed and emailed and emailed customer service with no success of speaking to a live person to get a refund. Since then I purchased another small pool and shipped it myself. It would be awesome if corporate would assist as all I’m getting is generic email responses each time I email customer service.

I ordered a complete bedroom set & everything was damaged. Three weeks later I’m still waiting to hear about the replacement headboard for crib & they were supposed to have dresser shipped to store for me to pick up as Pilot delivery they use is a joke & now I receive an email from Pilot stating they are delivering at my house again..Unacceptable! I have ordered five bedroom suites from Babies R Us when they were open & never had a single problem. I wonder what Richard & Jeffrey Feinstein would say? I won’t shop at buy buy baby again

Hello, I ordered a baby bed from Buy Buy Baby, they took the money off my card and then said they cant deliver the bed to the address I want them to because my card is not registered to the address. I called the store the manger was very rude to me and said it was nothing she can do my baby is almost due and I wanted the bed up before she is born.They still have not returned my money to my card.
