I moved and called BH for transferring services. On the day of the set up nobody showed up. I called BH and after hours on the phone I was told that my new place has bundle services with BH and that’s why no show (???!!!!).
I was promised a reimbursement for my bill. I did not receive it and when I called to inquire I was told that it was denied because I set up transfer services after billing cycle.
Nobody at BH seems to know what they are talking about most of the time and I got transferred from one person to another, wasted my time waiting for them and making phone calls and I still have not received a reimbursement. The manager I spoke with made me feel like it was all my fault anyways for not knowing all this. Waste of time and money. As soon as I have the option to bail out on BH I definitely will and will not ever do business with them again. Get your stuff together, my time is valuable as well.

As of yesterday, my e-mail program has been changed and I can no longer print e-mails or any thing else. After 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone with one of your techs, they could not figure the problem—-they connected with Dell saying it was a computer problem!!!! The computer ( a dell) is only TWO YEARS old.!!! It cannot be a computer problem. Is this how you are to treat customers–make program changes that creates customer problems? The previous program worked fine–this one is terrible!!!
