I can not seem to find someone who has some power in the company to talk to.
I am complaining about Boise Cascade in Willamina Oregon. It is the lighting….when a man
miss behaves dealing with a woman… it is Singular but when a company misbehaves and has
no consideration for a community that is miss behavior in plural…. gigantic!!!!! A long time
ago a man who worked for the state of Oregon… told me when an airplane is in the sky over
the plant they can use the lighting as a point knowing where they are. This is 2020 …..the lights
at night are even getting blaringly brighter… to the point if they were sound many people would
loose their hearing. I live far away in the hills I am not interested in using B.C.’s lighting to read by.
It is important to have good lighting …. like shine the light to the ground to get the best affects…
not to want to light the whole valley. You are taking our dark skies…. you are not caring about
the valley in any way. I have tried to take care of this for years…. you do not care at all…. shame shame.

So when working for Boise cascade make sure you don’t get sick or get hurt on the job in Thorsby. It doesn’t matter if you have a doctor’s excuse you will still get fired. And as far as kissing a** you will have to. The company says they dont show favouritism they do in Thorsby Alabama plant. Its ok for one guy to sit in the chipper room and sleep and stay on the phone in the A.C. but not ok for the others. As far as the tabacoo. Everyone that is on the floor dips and some have there spots on the yard where they smoke. As for me showing up working hard gets hurt and still shows up for work. And still gets fired. Yeah think my next move is lawer and calling up OSHA to investigate all the favouritism and hazard stuff they got.
