I recently purchased a pair of
Body Glove 3T Gauntlet (red&black) pair of water shoes. I saw them for sale on My Touch of Modern APP for $58.99.
I noticed immediately that they did not come in half sizes. Me wearing a 10.5 size sneaker, didn t know which way to go.
So, like a fool, I decided to look at the reviews every idiot left on Amazon. I sh*t you not,! Half said to size down, while the other said to size up! As you may understand, this was as useful to my problems as T*TS ON A BULL!!!!
So, for the past 3 HOURS! (I kid you not) I have been calling BODY GLOVE stores/customer service lines to no avail. Today being Sunday did not help.
I’m BEGGING for a professional BODY GLOVE representative to give me a professional opinion on whether I should go to size 11, or size down half a size to 10.
This will be my last inquiry, im very excited to get those water kicks! PLEASE DONT LET ME DOWN!
Good day to you

Purchased two Body Glove Child Size Evoprene PFD’s on Sunday, July 4th for my 4 year old and 7 year old. Both PFDs caused SEVERE, LARGE AND PAINFUL abrasions to several contact areas on my children’s bodies. I DO NOT recommend this brand. As a parent who cares about the safety and wellbeing of their children, it should be known that i am LIVID about this occurring from a “trusted brand”.

Hello,
I would like to file a formal complaint, your customer service is awful and extremely rude. I want to speak to someone in corporate. I have missing and damaged items that yet need to be resolved.
Thank you.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. that is if you can get them to return a call in the first place.. Purchased a swimsuit . They sent it USPS (that’s unfortunate) and the PO indicated it was delivered and it WAS NOT. So instead of making me the customer happy, they just suggested I ask my neighbors. Dah??? So I am out 100.00. I strongly suggest that you do not buy anything from them.

Looks like I’m not the only one who gets Blown Off by BodyGlove Customer Service. I had thought they were a marquis Company, but judging from their complete lack of response to my attempts at contacting them and all the other comments I read here saying the same thing . It seems likely they have Very Poor Customer Service and just don’t give a Sh*t !|!|!

To whom it may concern:
I originally sent following email on July 12th. I have sent several emails as follow up and either I get no response or someone would contact me ASAP. I have spoke to 2 customer service reps as well who said they would expedite and as of July 28th no resolution. I am a divemaster who dives frequently and would certainly be an proponent of divers having a EPIRB that is reliable. I have a hard time believing a company that generates $200 million a year values customers this way.
Email sent July 12th
I purchased the older model Nautilus Lifeline on sale through Swimoutlet.com on July 11 2016 order#11655309 (Not knowing new improved easier to use model was being released). I did not get a chance to use until last weekend diving in South Florida. On the very first dive at aprox. 80 feet the unit completely flooded. I am pretty positive I read directions and followed procedures but I may have missed something or just got a defective unit. I spoke with SwimOutlet and they mentioned to contact you directly. Please advise.
Thank you

To whom it may concern this is my 4th attempt to talk to someone about a recent issue/defect with a PFD. I have sent an email with pictures and called 3x! No one has returned my email or calls. This is a major safety concern and could have ended in a tragedy! If this is how your customer service is then I will never purchase another item from body glove. Very poor service!
