Dr. Josh Axe;
RE: Redeem points & Auto-ship
We have been an auto-ship customer of your products for some time. I wish to inform you that I am very unhappy with the support service. In the last 7 days, I have talked to your support staff at least 4 times. And have emailed several more time. But my issue remains unresolved.
After all this effort, I was finally informed points cannot be redeemed (applied) to auto-ship. Why is that? Points have accumulated but can not be redeemed for your products? Just saying that seems a conflict and lie at the heart of trust and principle.
If something can be done to remedy this issue, please let me know. If the response suggests a customer should have read the ‘fine line’ then understand that will be unacceptable. Customers we remain pending your response.
