I received a spam extraction email from an aol account. I am trying to get Aol to ban that account and provide the account holder info so I can provide to the FBI or Police.
One day of trying to get AOL help has been useless
You provide a tine stamp that never changes to and from Daylight Saving Time and always stamps time as Pacific Standard Time. Why doesn’t it automatically change over to Pacific Daylight Time when the national changeoer (“Spring, forward”) occurs.
What you;re doing is wrong. However, if you are too lazy or arrogant to fix it with PDT, you could just offer it as :”Pacific Time” it’s not formal, but at least it is not wrong!

My aol fees have been rising tremendously for awhile. I called customer service and was told that there are many plans, and email is free. I was being charged $29.99 per month, but was only using email, which is supposed to be free! When I was sent emails about all the new services I could sign up for, and aol did not disclose that my account was going up because of these offers. Offers that I did not sign up for or ever use! When I asked customer service for a fair refund, they denied me. When I asked for the number and email for the corporate office they said they could not provide that information for me, and gave me a physical address to write a letter of complaint. Snail mail? What kind of a company is this? All I use is email, and AOL owes me a refund! They have a sneaky way of doing business and should be ashamed! I expect an email regarding my refund sent to cmmalcolm@ aol.com. I have been with AOL since it was America Online in the 90’s. I deserve better treatment!

Im getting Billed more than once a month, Tried to have this situation rectified without any help or oaymwnts rerurned to my account. If dont have my money put back in my account bt Tuesday. I will be going the The attorney Generals Office.
AOL has now created a situation of descrimination aginst those whe do not have mobile phones. Attempted to set up an account for my wife and was denied on the sole bases of not having a mobile phone. I contacted AOL customer service and they said they could not help me and they did not have any contact info for their legal dept.. So I guess the only way to get their attention is to file a descrimination suite aginst them. I will do this first thing Thursday morning, allowing a 24hr period for them to contact me and handel this matter.
