The star of the attraction is a leucistic alligator named Bouya, a white gator with blue eyes.
In June 2023, Fun Spot celebrated its 25th anniversary by offering all-day $25 tickets.
In early August 2023, a young boy was found injured on the Galaxy Spin rollercoaster. He was taken to a local hospital and treated. An investigation is ongoing.
