Dear Diane Hendricks,
My name is Scot Miller and I got into the roofing industry in 1985 and have worked all over the Northwest suburbs of Chicago for more companies than I care to count including Prate Roofing & Installations as residential new construction union field foreman and Centimark Corp as Jim’s Turnell’s service director for a short time.
I’ve ran my own residential companies controlling most of the new construction as well as my portion of the residential markets in Rockford, Jo Daviess and Carroll Counties over the years and roofed from AR to AK.
Back in 2008 I began creating a safer tool for roofers to set up the bottom 3’ of steep roofs as opposed to leaning over on 2×4’s. I inadvertently recreated most of the ladder, planking/scaffolding, stabilizer, laddervator, etc businesses. Pretty much everything that tradesmen utilize out in the field I recreated it safer, more self contained and interchangeable. This system is designed to outperform and outlast any other on the market.
I had begun the patent process with my friend Mike Prate of Prate Roofing & Installations but he had to pull out as my financier because of his ongoing lawsuit with the Chicago Carpenters Union at the time.
I had showed my systems to a number of companies other than Werner and they were all highly impressed though I didn’t have my patent on it. For instant the Wing’s of Little Giant Ladder loved it though they had just released their Little Giant Extreme so it was bad timing. Tom Harrison of Michigan Ladder loved it as well though he just wasn’t big enough at the time to make me an offer. Ron Benett of Sam Carbis Solutions thought it brilliant though their company didn’t deal in those designs obviously.
At the same time that I created this system I also created a number of safety tool and apparel lines that all interconnect with one another and a number of them are geared towards all the individual trades. They are designed for safety and to protect the body of the user from residual injuries to the body in their trade as well as protection from the elements in the field. They are also designed to outlast and outperform any tool or apparel on the market.
I had heard through the grape vine that you were looking to invest in products by individuals that would serve the public in a safer and more economical fashion. Well I would encourage you to take a look at my designs and let me know what you think. I’m just looking to sell it all to you at a fair price with a small royalty on all if you’re willing to negotiate in that fashion.
My contact information is listed below if you would be interested in taking a look. I thank you for your very valuable time and wish you a pleasant day.
Best regards,
Scot L Miller

When did The View become a political show. Did you get paid off? That used to be my favorite show. Joy Behar.and Whoopie Goldberg were so funny. Now they are mean and hateful. We The People elected Our President. Get over it. You have lost the majority of your viewing audience. Wake up and smell the coffee. We The People have spoken. Yall sold your souls.

The company I work for is located in Southern New Jersey. I met D’Mitri Copeland from ABC a couple times. When he became the branch mgr. in Milton Del. Our company started dealing with him. We have never had another Roofing and Siding supplier help us out and be more courteous to our needs. You should be proud of ther devotion to their customers. Thank you for choosing D’Mitri for heading up and putting together a team of knowledgeable ABC representatives .

hello i am a contractor in mullins s.c. and just want to tell you how awful abc supply in myrtle beach and florence s.c is I am formerly from connecticut and dealt with abc supply there for years and they carried everything and were knowledgeable. They seem to only want to sell epdm or tpo products and if your looking for asphalt based products like modified bitumen your screwed.I just paid atlantic roofing supply 20,000.00 for 2 large modified bitumen orders because myrtle beach told me they had 80 rolls in stock and would not get me the rest unless i needed a whole truckload. Then i called your office to complain and was told that every branch manager makes his own decisions.i guess corporate dont care if branch managers tell guys like me they dont need my 20,000 order.what a-holes.every abc i ever visited in ct has 5 gallon buckets of karnak roof cement, roof drains, all accessories they have nothing 1 gallon cans of karnak?not a roof drain in the place ,no selection of vinyl siding no double 4 siding,no aluminum rake edge no gutters no 2×3 downspouts or elbows only huge commercial downspouts .i asked to order 300 sheets of wr meadows asphalt impregnated protection board which is sold in your stores again they told me i need to get whole truckload.btw fayetteville n.c told me what i was told about all this was total bullsh*t and they could have supplied rolls to myrtle beach for me.this was after the fact of course.maybe u should send someone to myrtle beach and florence to walk through their sparse warehouse .im talking about abc drive in mb and florence .Florence does not do any rooftop deliveries either.Guess ill keep giving my money to atlantic

Dear Mrs. Hendricks,
Several years ago, I was talking with your husband, Ken Hendricks, who was interested in buying my property adjacent to your in Daytona Beach, Florida. The communications broke down because of his sudden demise. May God Bless his soul. My property is located at XXX Warner Place, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 which is back to back to yours. He had mentioned that he had already bought or in the process of buying several other properties in the neighborhood. Currently, your flatbed trucks are parked on the small streets surrounding your facility and causing a lot of concerns for the neighbors, however, if you end up owning my property then it will give you the ownership of the whole block for much needed expansion and plenty of parking. Look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Prem Bhandari, 301-530-XXXX, PremBhandari@ msn.com
