Hello, I’d like to know if Mophie will have a booth at CES show in Las Vegas next week. If yes, please help to confirm the booth number.
If Mophie will not attend CES show, can you help to provide a technical contact name and number? As SMK has a new connector that will help Mophie assemble the Litz wire to your unit with exceptional ease and improved performance.
Thank you

I have wanted a Mophie case for as long as I have had an iphone and for as long as Mophie cases have been out. Finally my husband surprised me and bought me one. I had the case maybe 3 weeks and it stopped working. I contacted Mophie and dealt with a horrible customer service representative that pretty much just told me to mail my case to them and I will receive a new one. After weeks of dealing with him, I had asked to talk to a supervisor and got nowhere. I was completely ignored and was never given an email or phone number. A week later I received my “new” Mophie case. It actually was used. The entire back of the case was scratched up and dented. I then again emailed the representative I had been dealing with to let him know and got an email back from someone completely different and he said that that is how you will receive a case. It will not be brand new. So that was super upsetting. My husband paid $100 for my case and now I get a used one. So not only was that irritating, but after maybe 2 weeks of using this “new” case it stops working as well! I now email this new representative and ask to talk to a manager or supervisor. I was told my request had been put in and that I will hear from one in 24-48 hours. Well to this day I am still waiting and that was told to me on August 30th. I am so extremely pissed with this company. Worst customer service ever! I will NEVER buy another product again!

Same with their chargers, their chargers last 4 months it doesn’t matter which one you have, they all crap out and they tell you to bad as soon as your warranty is up, even if you’ve had them replace the chargers of all different models 6 times like I have. Screw this company, steer clear there’s so many other companies that make portable chargers, stay away from mophie and zagg brands.
