Reebok was founded in 1958 in Bolton, England, by the two sons of a famous shoemaker, Joe and Jeff Foster. The name Reebok comes from a South African antelope. The company designs and sells footwear, especially athletic footwear, as well as sportswear.
Adidas acquired the company in 2005. In 2010, the company formed a partnership with CrossFit, a fitness company, introducing a line of footwear and apparel in 2011. The company’s partnership with Les Mills has resulted in a popular shoe called the Z series; a dense midsole and outer sole that prevents the breakdown of foam.
The UFC announced a 6-year contract with Reebok in 2015. Reebok also provides shoes to some famous sports teams and athletes, including Las Chivas, a soccer club in Mexico, basketball great Shaquille O’Neal, and all NHL hockey teams.
In November 2023, the company announced that it would be releasing a special edition of Harry Potter shoes.
In addition to sports fans, nurses also love Reebok shoes for various reasons.

Hello, my name is Alexander. I want to offer you an idea to reduce the cost of resources. To save money and increase interest in products. By analyzing the sales market of materials, you can reduce their costs, thereby avoiding the cost of this material.

My stepsister lives in a women’s homeless shelter, Mission of Yahweh – Houston, Tx, and received a pair of running shoes for Christmas. She wears a size 7 and these are 8-1/2. Is there any way for me to return the 8.5 and get the correct size shoes? I’ll gladly pay the shipping charges to return the large ones.

I need to escalate a horrible experience with Reebok Contact Center blatantly lied to, did not follow through, condescending, rude and disrespectful agents, supervisor who refused to tell me who was above them that I could speak to since no one seem to assist me in a timely manner. Having taken my money for services I canceled within minutes of placing order. I requested a follow callback didn’t receive. I will never use Reebok products and will always discourage other who iniquities of me in regards to Reebok product and experience.

My daughter bought me a $30.00 virtual gift card 3 years ago. I tried using it at an out in Vero Beach after I received it. It clearly states it could be used at an outlet store, regular retail, or online. I was not able to use it at that outlet store. I tried to purchase sneakers the other day online & the number is not being recognized. The copy of the virtual gift card I have has a faint line down the center, due to needing ink for my printer. But if you put a magnifying glass to it you can see those numbers. I have the number written down. I called your customer service & they told me to take a snap shot. That won’t work due to the faded 3 numbers of it. Like I said you can clearly see it with a magnifying glass or a very close look. I need to mail you a copy of this to get this problem resolved. Your company needs to assist me in this matter.
Sincerely

Earlier in the week I purchased a package of Reebok men’s briefs from a major retail store. Not giving much notice to the briefs I put a pair on in the morning and proceeded about my day. Nature eventually called and I proceeded to men’s restroom. I quickly discovered the briefs had no ” fly opening”. Perhaps there has been an anatomical change in men I am not aware of. Being the creative fellow I am, I was able to find another route out and able to re-leave myself. That evening I returned home and checked the other Reebok men’s briefs in my drawer and sure enough there were no “fly openings”. I made up my mind not to purchase any more of your men’s shorts. I suggest you put the Rebook name on your shoes and other apparel but stop making briefs.

Was wondering if there are any plans on bringing back the Bok, walking-hiking boot? Loved that style and think it would be a great comeback addition!

After not receiving a satisfactory resolution to my issue, I have decided to contact you at corporate headquarters. I would like this complaint escalated beyond the Customer Service representatives.
I placed an order on 10/02 for 2 pair of girls freestyle hi top sneakers. Both items indicated they were in stock. My bank card was charged for the amount of $125.64. Your representative referred to it as a hold. I received a confirmation number which indicated that the order was successful and my order was waiting to be packed. Well, about noon the next day when I had not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number I proceeded to live chat with one of your representatives. I was informed by AdaAnn that my order was cancelled due to a “discrepancy” with my name, billing address, email, and bank information. Imagine my surprise because 1. I hadn’t been notified of any issues with the order and 2. My $125.64 had not been returned to my account. Since I need the shoes by Saturday morning, this caused great distress. My girls entire dance team uses this particular style of shoe and obtaining them locally is nearly impossible.
With the impending thought of not receiving the shoes on time, I felt I needed to speak with someone who could possibly help me out. The representative I spoke with was very pleasant and understanding of the situation. There was NO discrepancy with any of my information. He stated that he would resubmit the order and ship it 1 to 2 days priority. I appreciate that but was concerned about being charged a second time when the first charge (Hold) had not been refunded to my account. Your representative assured me it would not be an issue. Lo and behold, it’s an issue. Unlike some, I have a very tight budget which does not accommodate extra expenditures. With 2 girls in dance, which is somewhat expensive, my budget is tight. So when the second charge of $116 and some change processed, I now have overdraft fees. One of your email representatives sent a code for 25% off a future purchase of $150 or more. Well that doesn’t really help my current situation. A canned apology for the inconvenience doesn’t help my situation. I’m looking for your company to make this right. As of this evening, the order still indicates waiting to pack. I have no confidence that this second order will even ship let alone arrive prior to this Saturday. As I’ve stated in previous emails, for a first time consumer this is experience is extremely disappointing and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth for Reebok.

Hello,
I was inquiring if your corporation has a charitable donation program? I am founder of Critical Needs Support Foundation Inc. a NY state 501c3 non profit organization that endeavors to meet the needs of Internally Displaced People (IDP’s) of the Isis Crisis in Iraq. There is great need throughout our country and abroad for basic clothing and shoe for work and life. I would greatly appreciate a reply. In any case please have a blessed day. Ed

Are there any plans to re- release the Triple Deuce and the Gauntlet styles like you’ve done with other 90’s model shoes?

Since your company has taken political sides, it is clear that you no longer want, or appreciate customers on the opposite side of the political spectrum. Any opportunity that I have to disuade others from purchasing your products will be my personal mission from this day forward. Please do not bother responding to this. Just know that everyday I will take 5 to 10 minutes of my time to put forth negative social media about your products which have never been good.

Purchase a pair of Reeboks and in the souls been coming off of them really disappointed in your merchandise it a shame you pay good money for a pair of sneakers and they fall apart not even 2 months old.

I have been buying Reebok Princess shoes for almost 20 years, my very favorite shoe IN LEATHER. What now, the company has been absorbed by others, they have so many big clients now, the normal client no longer counts.. changed product to MAN MADE !!!! Please, WHY? I’m so frustrated all companies now bringing inferior products out, impossible to find good quality even if you are willing to pay a bit more. SO SAD. Everything now seems to be for profit for the top, It seems companies have no pride in their your products, only want to make the most possible MONEY and have no other concern.

After 100% satisfaction with 5 Reebok purchases I made another purchase for 2 items with another retailer. One item proved to be a major disappointment. But I cannot find a process to notify Reebok if the item was not purchased from Reebok. Very disappointing. I will probably look elsewhere for my future purchases.

My husband has a large shoe size and needs particular construction on his shoes. This makes finding his shoes difficult and dictates the need to try on the shoes. Your model exofit hi black m42655 works for him. Mid December we traveled to your Reebok store at the Vacaville Outlets, Nut Tree Rd.,Vacaville, CA (no short distance). They had one pair in white that would fit my husband. He doesn’t wear white shoes. Only because of one person -Ceci- did my husband go home with shoes. Even after every one said that was all there was in his size, she kept searching and found exactly what was needed! Definitely she brought us some joy before Christmas. We hope you appreciate her customer service!!
