I purchased my oil and the engine head gasket went out. My car was find until then 2 days later after putting oil in my car. Had to take it to the mechanic was told at least $4000.00 are more. I live on fixed income. I don’t have it all
. I have little less than half. Can you please help me since it was your fault. The oil had water in it. Feel your product is fault. So tell me how can one trust your product. Do I need to hire attorney are will you take care of this have a week to pay my mechanic.
I had full oil change at Ford dealership at 8100 miles with next oil change at 14,300. My oil light kept coming on and I didn’t trust going back to dealer so I went to Pennzoil on Wayne Rd in Livonia, MI. I explained what happened and then changed my oil. I asked why the oil light was still on and he said I had to turn it off manually. What? He was a bit arrogant but did show me how to turn it off, claiming I need to do this after every oil change or light stays on. So instead of being honest when I arrived and even seeing the Ford oil sticker they removed from car, rather then keeping a future customer, he charged me for unnecessary oil change. They Dealer didn’t reset and first I heard of such a stupid Ford tool. I’lll never go to another Pennzoil.
This is a complaint on the Oil Changes you closed up on Eurka; Rd. In Taylor. I had my car serviced and according to auto lab on the 1 Apr. 2019. The vaccumn advance was loosened when they serviced my vechicle. This caused me a great deal of work; calling insurance and trying to explain the tow home on 30 Mar 2019 after my car died. I went to Oil changers and they had closed. The only resolve is to contact you! My insurance would not tow; due to the fact I had used 3 tow for a 6 Month period. I emailed Progressive they said to contact you. I had to pay out of pocket to get my car fixed. Vavoline took over the shop that Penzoil operated; It was suggested I contact corporate. I had used Penzoil for several months before; with no problem. I wanted to be compensated for $50.00 for this mistake on your part!
