I just left the Cinnabon/ Auntie Anne’s store located in the lehigh valley mall, whitehall pa. When I say this lady was so unprofessional it was disgusting. There menu had all the wrong prices. I was not told this was the wrong price till I was at the front of the line. I asked that they honor it. The manager said no we can’t do that. I stated that is false advertisement to my partner and she then immediately snapped at me (mind you, I was talking to my girlfriend in a private conversation) . I told her it’s true and I’ve been waiting in a line to then find out it’s the wrong price. I don’t want to waste my time like that. The least she could of done was honor the price. Instead had an extremely nasty attitude and really should not be the manager . Then I asked a question about if I get in a pack is it hot. She said in return” it clearly says on the board packages for reheat” I paid for my stuff then asked for her name. She completely ignored me and everyone of her employees. I asked twice more. Still no reply. Just disrespectful rude and pathetic. That store needs to hear from corporate and get them people in order!!!

I hope this message gets to the right person. On January 11 2019 I was at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta Ga. As I was getting my lunch at Chic fil A I thought getting a Cinnabon for desert. The Cinnabon location was right next to where I was getting my lunch when I noticed a young girl making them. I then notice she has her cell phone sitting on the counter where she was rolling out the dough. She answer her cell phone with the gloves she was wearing to roll the dough. In other words she did not remove the gloves and get new ones.(contamination ) Not only did she do that she move her hair with the gloves and digged in her ear. She never once change the gloves. I will never get another Cinnabon again from that location and I have my doubts about the other ones. I have the photo of the young lady with her phone on the counter where she was prepairing the food if you would like to see it.

I recently visited the Green Acres Mall store and the server was ok as she tried her best.
I ordered 2 milk shakes which totaled over $ 18.00. The mixer is old because it still there.
She is her hand to help spin the graph pan. She had to use along handled spoon to scrape half the ice cream that was still at the bottom. I paid almond $19.00 for liquid on top and ice cream at the bottom. They need a machine that not a manual job. If you are saving labor invest on a good machine

So I visited the location in norridge illinois inside the harlem and irving plaza. I had a really bad experience back in april. Apparently I was disturbing the employee from chatting with her friends by placing my order. Next thing you know its the end of april and i get a call from mary the manager at said location. Sounded real nice offered to have me pick up the item that her employee forgot to pack but that i paid for plus a free item. I told her i dont live near by and dont visit the location very often but that i would try that week. Didnt go back until june 6th and she wasnt there and of course the employees had no clue as to what i was talking about. They called her and she told them not to give me anything because apparently i had already picked up those items. So i left without making a stink because its not the employees fault. I just could not believe that you would go through the trouble of calling me, apologizing and offering to have me pick up the item that i paid for but never received just to deny me said items when i get there. Absolutely ridiculous as if an order of sweeties where so expensive i had to try and con them. I only went to get them because i paid for them its not like she was giving me free stuff.

I visited Cinnabon at the Westfield Culver City Mall during nurses week and was turned away because my work id did not say RN on it. I work for the Veteran Hospital in West Los Angeles. I thought this was very poor customer service as the advertisement says to show a work idand redeem a free Cinnabon for nurses week. I have been a loyal customer for years but this was a major turn off. What happened to excellent customer service?

I visited location 8104 and was served by Aria. I ordered a 4 pack of classic Cinnabon’s and was told I had to get them from last night which was “cold”. I informed her that they were going to be consumed at the time of purchase and she told me that if I wanted a 4 pack I had to get the “cold” ones. I told her that there are 4 trays of buns that icing were being applied to now. She went and talked to another young lady that rolled her eyes approached me and said she’d do it but I would have to wait 35 minutes WITH NOONE IN WAITING!!!! Please contact me upon reading this, I want to continue being a Cinnabon customer but I need to be treated like a valued customer.

WOW -what a POS company to deal with -my daughter worked for them for over 4 yrs. never got breaks or lunches (illegal) I would tell her that was against the law but she didn’t want to raise waves, then she goes on maternity leave and they won’t give her job back to her, she now needs assistance from the state due to no income and they won’t verify that she is no longer there, SO UNPROFESSIONAL -I call corp to complain and they say they are independent and they can’t do anything -really no wonder for several years mice and XXXXroaches and tons of mold has never been taken care of -If I were the founder of Cinnabon I surely wouldn’t want my name associated with the Kennewick, WA location

My husband and I are Cinnabon fanatics which is why I purchased a cart full of Cinnabon Gooey Bites packages when I noticed them being sold in the store located in Alhambra, California. While my husband and I were having our movie night my husband bit into a gooey bite which contained a piece of glass which you can see in the picture I provided above my ring finger. My husband’s mouth is now in pain because he feels as if he bit too hard and no longer wants to eat any of the packages we still have in our freezer nor allow our family to do so because of this scare.

    Customer Service,

I was highly disappointed in the cost & lack of freshness & quality @ your franchise @ Harrah’s Hotel in Laughlin, Nevada. My friend & I purchased 2 cinnabons @ the cost of $14.06 to enjoy on our flight back to Burbank, Calif. Unfortunately, nothing was further from our expectations. Dry, not fresh @ all @ an exorbitant price. We have always enjoyed Cinnabon @ the Northridge mall near our homes in Calif. but these @ Harrah’s were not fit to eat & were discarded before landing. Please accept this as critique to do better for your loyal customers in the future.

    Thanks,
    Connie Barnato @ 818-893-XXXXX

    Dear Sirs …

    Good day …

Actually I am surprised from the careless attitude regarding my complaint I already set for now 3 times, I received 2 calls from your side asking what is the problem and that is it …

I do think that your are not eager to satisfy your customers and solve their complaints OR you don’t know how to do this in your respectable company and franchise name as it seems that you are not considering the CINNABON name in Egypt or worldwide …

At the moment I am not accepting any more calls asking about the problem and action must be taken from your side and my advise to you if you accept : –

    – 16720 this number you must cancel because they are not presenting any service …
    – Your customer service team it is better to hold this dept. in your company until further info …

I do apologize for wasting your valuable time with my complaint, waiting for any action to be taken but nothing shows, as it was my mistake getting back to you from the beginning thinking that it is best way but actually it was more worse …

    Accept my regards …
