I am not sure of where I should send this as your website is not very clear on where to send complaints/comments. I am writing regarding the store manager (The Grindstone location in Columbia Missouri). I have visited this store several times and each time I witness the store manager to be very rude. He is demeaning to the customers that visit that store. I have worked in retail in the past and if I would have acted like him, I would have been fired on the spot. It’s really sad that the manager could act in such a manner.
I don’t think I will ever visit that store again due to the manager.
