ButcherBox was founded in 2016. The company offers delivery of 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef, free-range organic chicken, heritage-breed pork, wild-caught Alaskan salmon, and wild-caught sea scallops.
Customers can custom order boxes with only one type of meat, or a selection of different types of meats. A subscription service is also available where boxes can be purchased on a monthly basis and shipped directly to a client’s home or a single box can be purchased at one time.

Hi- I’ve been contacting your customer service since January 31st (Tracking Number
EZ0189D2S00000959674) I never received my original box it delayed for 6 days and returned to sender. A reshipment went out on February 9th (Tracking Number
EZ0189D2S00000979418) and just returned to sender today. I’ve chatted through the website and spoke to your representatives through Instagram. They do not solve this issue and don’t understand how frustrating and inconvenient this has been for me. There’s no empathy and they just offer credit or reshipment. This has ruined my Superbowl and my Valentine’s day. I feel as though there is a system glitch with generating the packing slip but my order does not actually go out. Can someone from corporate connect with me to help resolve this issue? I love your company and just want my box.
