I will be contacting the bbb about this service. My husband ordered a mirror and we were told it would be delivered on Tuesday. No phone calls or anything. We sat here all day and nothing. I have the proof I have a ring door bell. My husband called and he was told they showed buy no one was home. He then called and got sent to different people to hear that delivery will be rescheduled by a shipping company. Ok so it was Thursday and nothing. Tracking said delivery couldn’t be accessed. So my husband called yet again and asked we he could take to pick it up. Again went through circles. He drove to the shipping company that was over two hours away. He got sent to another spot that was another 20 minutes from there. He was then told by shipping that they would release it but y’all wouldn’t. He called and got told he would get a call back in 15 minutes. He sat there for an hour and a half …..no call. He called back and had them cancel it. If your not going to work with military families then why sell to us. I will make sure military families know not to purchase a mirror. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I will find out the CEOs information and make sure this situation is known. This is a short version of what happened
