Missing bed pieces, no customer service, executive office ducking all calls. No wonder Casper stock has tanked!

You may think your bi-racial adds are hip and appropriate but I find them disgusting.

I was sickened to watch your recent TV commercial…..with a white wife, and a black husband, along with their supposed mulatto offspring in bed together. You, and your marketing personnel and/or ad agency, may think it is PC to present mixed races being married. However, many of us….mostly white….do no agree. Races should remain separate. Interesting that there are no blacks in China…no blacks in India…no blacks in Russia…and on and on. That is because they want to keep their respective cultures natural and pure. Your presentation is a complete turnoff to the large majority who do not approve of mixed race marriages. That alone would have my wife and I (white) never even contemplate buying from casper. And based on the terrible reviews of your product and customer service, it seems you’ve dug yourself into a hole.

Casper, With all of the very exciting things that you have in motion, you could be the first to offer my Patent Pending, Medical Mattress with Bed Pan Recess. It’s more dignified for the patient/resident, and the caregiver, it saves $ by having to spend less $ on buying sheets as often, they’d spend less $/its better for our Earth’s environment regarding less use of electricity, soap, water, and less expense for washers & dryers, & labor as now they’d have less of a need to wash sheets as often, and less $ spent on workman’s comp, etc re less injuries due to slips and falls after current bed pan spills. It’s a real WIN-WIN-WIN (except for diaper makers/providers , and the land fills). My design has two removable sections, with the outer section being put back in, after a traditional bed pan is inserted, on top of the bottom sheet. It you currently offer Medical Mattresses, with a “water”proof cover, that meets/exceeds the fire retardant standards, etc, OR IF YOU’D LIKE TO BEGIN TO HAVE THAT MARKET AS CUSTOMERS, let’s talk. As a USN Veteran myself, I have the 4 TN State Veterans Homes standing by to test the mattress and conduct trials/keep all of the needed records re how they do, with them (& me) hoping they’d be the first to be able to buy them, then share this success with the other 50 states VA Homes, then the VA Hospitals here in the US, and the Dept of Defense Hospitals here in the US, and overseas. Then, there’s the Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, and Independent housing here in the US & all over the world. That’s a lot of mattresses! Thx, Cage @ 901.606.XXXX

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Purchased a mattress and 2 bases. Once Casper finishes the order they DON’T CARE! We had a sales person tell us it is out of their hands and no longer their responsibility. Everything was supposed to be delivered by XPO on 2/1. Delivery guys showed up (horrible communications skills), they opened 1 package and it was damaged. They didn’t check the other packages. Made me sign a form rejecting delivery. Would NOT speak to Casper people at all (said they didn’t have to). REALLY!!! Had to wait another 2 weeks for another delivery attempt and they only show up with 2 bases…. NO BEDS!!!!! HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CASPER OR XPO!!!

I feel your pain! I’ve had over a month of bad experiences with Casper Supervisor promises, bad delivery of a foundation to a home I didn’t own, even when I told them not to deliver anything until August 10. After many disappointing e-mails about my mattress delivery date, I was promised I would receive it by the 18th. My 71 year old husband got help from a worker because the foundation is very heavy for him, and put it together to surprise me. A day later I received another email that it wouldn’t be available until the 30th, but still no delivery date! I called to finally cancel because we could no longer sleep on an air mattress. I asked a Supervisor, since my husband put the heavy foundation together, and after all the frustration I’ve gone through all month, could they please give me a discount on the foundation, so we wouldn’t have to take it all apart and try to get it back into the box. They told me I could purchase the foundation for in the lower 225.00, or the other option was, I had to phone a local donation store store and donate it. I also could put it out on my curbside and show proof that it was being destroyed!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. They would rather me destroy the foundation, or donate it to some pick up service, than to give me a really good price on the foundation, or even say “because of all your frustration this month, we’re going to donate the foundation to you and your husband!” This is what a caring company would have done but they didn’t. Caspers customer service is heartless!! I would never recommend Casper to anyone. Bad customer service will be the downfall of this company someday and I feel bad for the owners because they probably don’t know how badly their employees (Supervisor level) are treating their customers.

I purchased a king size Hybrid mattress from Casper’s website along with their recommended Foundation and mattress protector thinking that I have 100 days from delivery date of 12/5/2019 to determine if the new setup works well or not. It’s unfortunate that it does not and in the course of trying to return all items I am told by their Customer Service on 1/24/2020 that only the mattress and mattress protector can be returned as only those two items fall under the 100 day trial period but the foundation is only under a 30 day trial. Keep in mind that I only went with their foundation because they highly recommend it because it’s supposed to work well for their mattresses. Additionally, their website recommends at least sleeping on their mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust to the new setup. Well…because I followed their 30-day recommendation the foundation cannot be returned and now I am out $340 (originally costs $400 but got on sale over black Friday weekend). I believe this is very poor of Casper to exclude their foundation from the 100 day trial and only giving 30 days but yet in parallel highly recommending that you sleep on your new setup for at least 30 days resulting in you not being able to return the foundation. You now have lost another customer and all the the positive references I would have provided.

Ordered two mattresses. Need to return one as my husband is dissatisfied with the quality. I have been on hold for over an hour and was ceremonially disconnected after the first hour. This type of customer service is deplorable. The zero hassle return is a big fat scam. I am going to return both mattresses now as I am disgusted with your customer service.

We recently moved and purchased the Costco special Casper mattress. I have MS so a good mattress is imperative. This mattress honestly feels like we are sleeping on a blow-up mattress, sinking and not very supportive. I have been experiencing an increase in back pain. I believe Costco will take it back but I wanted to let you know that this is not a good product at all.

Hello,
I recently purchased a Casper mattress upon the recommendation of my daughter. It was delivered and set up because I paid a $150 delivery/set up fee. I am not at all happy with the mattress. I am having it returned a week later. There are no brick and mortar stores in my area in NW CT. The closest retailer is either NYC or Dedham MA. Hence, I purchased the mattress completely sight unseen, without a test trial. I have learned that the set up and delivery fee is non refundable. Nowhere in the ordering process was this highlighted, underscored or emphasized to me. Check your phone records from my order and listen to the taped interaction if you must. But it was not stated that this would not be a refundable
expense. I spoke with one of your supervisors named Julia who was adamant and unyielding stating that “It has been completed’ and ‘was a service rendered’ and that she would ‘funnel; this information over to her team to make ‘our language’ more ‘explicit.’ This is just ridiculous. You have all the ostensible bells and whistles of being a lovely company but when it comes right down to it, your customer service is as hard and unyielding and disappointing as is your firm 4 layer mattress. You have lost a customer as well as a source of a positive reference. Enjoy your $150!!!!!!!!!
