I never though I will be complaining on Sony as a Sony die hard fan. I’ve always preferred Sony products from PlayStation 1 to 4, my computers, and phones were always Sony since the Sony Xperia Z. After my Sony z3 was stolen, I have since purchased new phone Xperia zx2 Premium. the phone was great until 6 months of purchase. the phone just stopped working. I have tried troubleshooting the phone based on some technical instruction from Sony website with no luck. I have then sent the phone to Sony which took them close to 2-months and they sent it back repaired. No explanation to why this happened. Fast forward another six moths, the phone did the same thing. stopped working. literary a week after the warranty expired. Sony agreed to fix the phone at no cost except when I was ready to send the phone. I received a call that the repair will still cost me diagnosis fee and any additional parts replacement fee. We’re talking about $200+. This phone I bough for $700 only to stop working after one year. I’ve taken the phone to multiple repair shops with no hope they could fix it. Sony phone are not popular in the USA. My fathers 5 years old iPhone was diagnosed by a close by iPhone store with no additional cost. So now I’m thinking, since the quality Sony are dropping. I’m afraid this will happen with any other products they have. As I was looking for Sony TV recently. this experience is changing my mind to be extra careful what brand I choose from now on.

On July 24th, I contacted the Premium Support folks at Sony for help with my computer for a reboot Windows issue with my Sony VAIO computer. Jay said that they could definitely fix the problem for $99. After I paid the $99, the tech guy named Bryant tried unsuccessfully to help me. They said that I would have to buy a new windows disk or go to a repair shop and they would refund the $99 in five to six days. Today, August 1, I called to find out about the refund and they said that there was NO record of a refund coming but they could put in a request and it would be 10-15 days before I knew anything.
I am obviously getting the run around and Sony is not going to return the $99 as promised. The order number was 1907-0000798.
I’m am a VERY unhappy customer and will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I have numerous phone calls and was redirected to the same number with NO results.

I’ve been in the US Army for 14.5 years active and now I’m in the reserves finishing the last of my 16 months for that 20-year retirement. When I’m not with my unit here in Fl, I work at the Miami VA medical center. And when I’m not at the VA, I voluntary as a honor guard rendering honors to our departing Vets, and fallen Hero’s that come in from overseas.
I’m a long time Sony fan and have owned many Sony products through the years. Now to the fact that I am a OIF, and OEF (Iraq and Afghanistan) I do suffer from PTSD and don’t do well in crowds, or movie theaters, I am currently a 100% disabled Veteran (workable, I’ve been blessed to get a job at the VA medical center doesn’t pay much but I’m with my fellow vets. Which is a bad situation as I am a Hugh movie buff. My faithful service dog Storm and I share great times doing “movie time!! “at home since I have worked my butt off to have the most awesome home theater system this side of Miami. Now I bought my home last December, new construction its nothing fancy but the best in my eyes.
Now “to the meat and potatoes”. About a month and a half ago Storm has been diagnosed with heart cancer. My best friend, the one that has held me together even after my family left due not wanting to make any more sacrifices for the military, my baby boy never left my side. It’s only a matter of time for him before we lose the battle. In depression, anger and sadness I’ve been doing DIY type projects around our home. One was repossession my home theater system. Comprised of roughly 22 Bose speakers and a Sony XBR79X900B (79”). Just as all that was left was to mount my tv on the wall. Storm who has been helping this whole time (well mostly laying close to where the action was happening and falling asleep) ran by the tv and his tail that’s like a whip hit the screen. Needless to say, I what devastated as I already knew that tv was done for. And all and behold I was right. Screen cracked. I’ve already went to a repair shop, we looked up the “LCD screen, and it is listed in Sony as “N/A” not available. Did I get mad at my boy “NO! “but at myself.
As one of the most powerful corporations worldwide. Is there anything that can be do in this situation as of course I don’t have the $$ funds to replace is tv that I’ve had for years and saved up for to accomplish my goal of having my own movie theater. Not sure if you re the person to reach out with this unique situation or can this be escalated to a higher echelon. Is there anything that can be done for this Vet, who has spent his life doing good and just seems to run a string of bad luck. Any and all document can be provided to validate my story upon request.

Hello, I purchase xbr55x900c television on October 30th 2016 from Best Buy in Daytona Beach Florida, It was an open box store display, On Aprill 15th 2018 the tv turned off and started blinking a code of 4 blinks. I took to repair person and was told it was the back lit led but they are not available for sale, called customer service trying to find part to no avail. I have spent numerous hours on the phone talking to customer service, Sony authorized repair center, the warehouse, parts distributors, for Sony on numerous occasions based on customer support suggesting I should, I was told buy a part that based on me looking it up was a mother board not led strip by customer support, they said was back lit strips but not so I caught that, then was told to buy another part but it was a power board, neither is the back lit strip, technician from national support diagnosed it said was strips could create ticket but could not get part. I would like Sony to replace my television with a comparable unit to mine as no parts being available is no fault of my own. Also if you read forums etc I am not the only person with this issue. I believe Sony is knowingly selling these televisions which if you have my problem are unrepairable. If I would have been informed or it was acknowledged to me that you could not repair I would not have purchased it. Please help.

I have been trying to set up service on a tv under warranty for two weeks and have been getting the run around with their service center and their dispatch dept. Every day I called and talked to the rep. they said you would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. Still after a week and a half they told me again someone will call by Wednesday next week. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never by any Sony product ever again.

I bought a Sony PlayStation 4 slim on 11/24/17. I took it out the box on 12/14/17 and hooked it up. it gave me an error message indicating that the HDD was bad and could not be accessed. I contact sony and was told to go online, fill out a form and they would send me a box to mail the PS4 back to them, in return they will send me a refurbished PS4. that is BULLS**T, they can send me a new one, if it had been used I could understand if it was a couple of months old. it should be placed on every web site and Facebook page that sony is a fraud. replace my console or return my money.

I had 65 inch screen damaged without any fall or impact. TV is in warranty but Sony even without sending a tech decided that I broke the panel so they are not helping. Very disappointed. Used to love Sony . Now I found that Sony does not make panels so there is no where to buy replacement screen. The guy offered a discounted price for new TV —which is not better that market.

I insert a CD, it reads track 1 then oo then flashes oo and stops. What is the problem? Something loose?
We no longer have stores that sell these products in our town.
I am very saddened by this as I love this machine, appearance and performance. Looks like new. Fits my available space perfectly. Could you advise as to problem and cure.
I can not afford a huge repair bill. I tried to call but no luck with 800 # and cannot afford long distance calls.

About two months ago I had a incident happen where I was hacked by renowned hacker who actually hacked Sony PlayStation actually Sony in 2011. I recently found out that not only did he hacked me but he began to stalk me for three months. Yesterday I had enough of being stalked and hacked by this gentleman he calls himself unallocated.barefruit.co.uk ipv 6 92.242.140.2. anime on May 16th to be exact a day after my birthday I went to my bank Wells Fargo where I learned PlayStation 4 had made several purchases on my debit card which went over $500 and somehow PlayStation 4 utilized my debit card without my authorization and somebody over rid my security pin I have LifeLock on my name and somehow Sony PlayStation in San Diego allowed the hacker to to purchase numerous of games I should explain that I am a tech and sales rep for All Electronics in the United States and every country that we represent in the electronics department and repair I also sell Sony PlayStation 4. On May 16th when I went into my bank everyday as usual I had my debit card on me I can prove that I worked 6 days a week for months on end for many Target locations in Phoenix and in Scottsdale Arizona wherever I went my card went with me I never knew what the stalker hacker would do to me there’s been times I have come out of work and he let the air out of my tires he put a lizard in my car tried to knock on my window with very large Rock took a clothes hanger and tried to Jimmy my door came into my store with six other people to literally carry as me so I couldn’t be a witness against them. On May 16th the day after my birthday which was still supposed to be a beautiful day not only did Sony allow the hacker without my security pin to use my debit card on numerous of purchases but one of the purchases with a 2-hour download to a USB drive device which turns out PlayStation 4 and Sony have a deal with Roku that is the only USB that can be used in a PlayStation 4 I will ensure you I don’t own a Roku USB the stalker hacker stalked me with a Roku USB for three months that’s how he found me I won’t even touch a Roku I can’t even go near Roku without wanting to cry all the way up until yesterday when I finally found out what his real name was I am attack I use technology to find him before he could break the gateway to my router again my cable company my wireless cable company protected me by alerting my husband to keep me safe and my husband was able to kick him out of our system before he broke the Gateway One More Time. And I know at my job as a sales rep for even Sony products when any video or game is purchased by Sony we are required to ID and scan their ID week and even put it in manually so how did this hacker get in to our PS4 system through encryption that I thought was supposed to be protected with a Roku USB and he came to the encrypted PS4 when the other PS4 had no locking mechanism on it. But today your reps in San Diego Shea mama really shame on them they weren’t very good ribs at all and had no clue of how to represent the Sony name and their lack of knowledge of federal laws much less but we were talking about and they tried to backtrack with Ally and I know those calls were being recorded it was being recorded on my side too I kept him on speakerphone furries just to ensure that everything I’m stating is true. But when I simply call nine reps to ask for an email to talk to anyone in the corporate office to give them the information on my bank account on all of this including the hackers information and they have no clue and stated repeatedly they don’t have email information for anyone working for Sony but they told me I could mail the doXXXXentation I’m done I’m going up and over everybody’s and I’m going to send this information straight to the corporate office at Japan because as a representative in the consumer for products that have always purchased Sony I don’t want to see anyone ever be hurt like we have by this hacker and shouldn’t we help people by at least informing them that guess what now he’s caught can’t do any future Home Kenny and I was the one that caught him I was the one that put myself out there so he wouldn’t hurt anyone else but it was me that became the object and then I realized when Sony companies ask me for help so they wouldn’t he wouldn’t have come it became more dangerous for me to even go to work because I realized he was letting the air out of my tires I almost didn’t make it home last Monday night he hit me from behind and tried to push me into oncoming traffic with his friends car while I was in my car but it wasn’t for the police and the agent that was watching over me I don’t know what could have happened that night but I can assure you there was more of him than there wasn’t me. This is an unbelievable story of poor quality Sony TVs. I have bought Sony TVs and other Sony products for about 35 years. However, in December 2015, February 2016, and May 2016, the optical audio port failed on three different Sony KDL 40R510C TVs. The customer service routine, that I now know in detail, is maddening. I was informed today that I would be receiving a replacement set. For the third time in about six moths! Why would anyone buy a Sony TV?

i just recently contacted customer support over an issue with my ps4 account. my ps4 primary user got changed to another console. the support person named Gabriel tried to basically tell me its my fault that my settings were changed and that another console was being used with my account information even though i tried to tell them that there is only one console i have ever played. the person still tried to make me feel like i was at fault for someone hacking my account. they didnt once try to apologize that my account was compromised in any way. i am actually wanting to speak with the ceos of playstation so that this problem doesnt happen to any other person that plays on the ps4. and to help resolve my issue as well. i dont want my identity stolen or anything either and thats all these little POS’s that like to hack like to do. they need real jobs. i work hard for the money i have not for someone to hack my account and steal from me. i think gabriel should be fired for the way he handled the situation. he didnt resolve anything just made it worse by making me feel like i was at fault because someone chose to hack my account. i was informed about having to reset my password this morning and now all the other people in my household cant play any of the games that i had purchased and downloaded to my console. if anything i should be reimbursed for the money that i spent and the discs should be sent to me so that the other people living here can enjoy the games as well.

I have attempted to go through the proper channels and to no avail.
My 15 year old daughter purchased a Sony PS Vita back in August. She purchased this item with her own money that she earns working in a bookstore part-time.
The unit has been kept in a case and very gently used. This past Christmas, I purchased a few games for her, she loaded and played the games with no problem.
After shutting the unit down, we noticed after turning on there was a message having to do with firmware upgrade, so she installed the latest firmware.
After installation all button worked fine until she tried to play a game, we did everything, safe mode, resets, everything, nothing worked. We jumped on a forum and saw that a clear defect of the unit was that the top shoulder buttons through extended play the glue behind them gets heated and may stop the unit from full functionality, however keep in mind the unit worked fine until the firmware upgrade.
I decided to send the unit back for warranty repair. I received the unit on Wednesday with a note claiming there was liquid damage. I called the repair dept, finally made it to a supervisor and although I explained everything, was told tough luck. I asked why I was not notified via email or phone or anything regarding this, was told they just were not willing to fix so contacting me would be a moot point….? She did NOT purchase additional warranty at the cost was cost was too high and she is beyond responsible with her electronics.
I am going to stand my ground and tell you absolutely that this unit did not come in contact with water. I am not convinced that anyone even looked at it, and I believe the unit is malfunctioning due to firmware upgrade and/or a defect in the top shoulder button as there are many complaints regarding this. It works fine until you play a game.
This kid now has a unit that is in unusable, warranty is now void, games we purchased she cannot use and the best answer I get is sorry we will not fix?
I have purchased sony televisions, computers, (play stations (5) to be exact, not to mention 1000’s of dollars in games and I expect to be treated as a bit more than just a number.
I for one minute am not buying into the water damage story not for 1 second! I sat with this child while she played this unit and helped her with the software upgrade there is no way this is the cause and I am not letting this one go. This was more than 200.00 of her earned money.
I can see there are many consumers who have had the same issue and I am considering taking this to a much higher level if this kid does not get this unit either fixed or replaced.

I have been a long time sony customer for over 15 yrs my house is filled with there products and until recently was there biggest advocate. I love their products and over the year have never had any major issues so I never had seen there biggest shortcoming CUSTOMER SERVICE by far some of the worst Ive had the displeasure of dealing with ever! I bought 60 inch Sony Bravia back in January I loved and was happy with the tv then around the end of may out the blue a dark spot appeared. I called sony and explained what had happened. I followed all there instructions emailed and sent all the info they asked for and was told my tv wasnt in stock but they would replace with one of 2 comparable models i choose one the said they would send it and pick up the one that is broken. That was May 28th once we got to the part to confirm shipment the rep says the system is down call tomorrow to finish. I call the next day go through the whole process again and that rep tells me same thing. The next day they say everything is done and tv will be shipped out and received in few business days. A week goes by no tv i give it a few more days no tv call back it was never sent cause they didnt have tv in stock so they offered another tv and said its on its way. 2 weeks later no tv i call back and now they tell me the same thing again the weeks are now months and i still dont have a tv. Now there telling me that now SONY CORPORATION for some reason because they now dont have my tv or apparently no comparable model they will jus buy my tv back. I refused i dont want money i just want a working tv what i paid for. So the said they will have to give my info to customer relations for them to call me. So i spend the next weeks, months calling trying to get this “customer relations” people to call me they never do, I call back go through this 4 or 5 times I only finally received a call that i missed while i was at work and they never tried again and you cant call them back cause they call from unknown number and nobody in customer service will give you a way to contact them directly. So for the 7 MONTH battle the only person that supposedly can help me the one i need to talk to wont follow up with me, I cant call them, and the “customer service” middle man is there to run you in circles but i will not stop this treatment is deplorable for anyone let alone a valuable customer. My most recent call a few days ago now there claiming they no longer have a reciept on file so now i need to produce one but i did that back in june. The tv is new in warranty and i used it almost 3 months and its been broken for 7 months and i have yet to even talk to the so called customer relations person. I requested to be called again last Friday still no call and believe it or not this is the short version i could write a novel on theis terrible experience. Never in my life have i felt so strongly the feeling got your money now screw you. I simply want someone who cares about the customer just alittle to contact me and make right right and replace my tv.

Your PSvue support is not worth the time it takes me to find a way to get support for a problem with the channel not working right. The only number for support with PSvue is over an hour wait. Can’t find and e-mail. My PSvue channel is lagging severely. It takes forever for the screen to come up when I click the menu in ROKU and then it just sits and says retrieving. Then I have to wait for it to play. You make it abundantly hard for us to get support but, you sure want our money when the bill is due. If I can’t get a way to get support without an hour wait I will cancel and go back to SlingTV. I have streaming only and out of all the channels I have yours is the worst as far as support goes with a viewing problem I am not at all happy and if I can’t get at least an email to let them know and hopefully get help your channel PSvue is HISTORY. Customers get dumped into a black hole and their we are with no support and no show loaded. I msge PSvue on FB and they gave me a link that took me right back to where I started and no support. Your support is almost nonexistent. When I pay for something I want help when I need it. If you cannot straighten this out I will cancel and Tweet and Facebook along with word of mouth how bad you are. The complaints that I see here do not give me much hope for a positive outcome so, I guess I’ll be going back to SlingTV. I will also be writing and calling Sony Hqtrs.

So far the service support for my brand new TV has been TERRIBLE. First I started with email, but they weren’t able to solve the problem. Then I went to the phone. Two Level 2 supervisors were unable to solve the problem. The second one said I would be contacted by phone by a technician to make an appointment to come to my home. After twelve days, no call. I spoke to another Level 2 supervisor who couldn’t find any record that the prior supervisor had authorized a tech to come out. She wanted to start the trouble shooting over the phone all over again. I screamed bloody murder; I had had enough. She said she would have customer relations call me in 24-48 hours. No call. Bite me, Sony.

I don’t see any way to edit my post, so I’ll use Reply to continue. I called customer support. They said that someone from customer relations had called me, but was not able to get through. Well, if I’m using the phone, you’re not going to reach me. I told them to tell customer relations to try harder. I eventually did get a call from customer relations. She wouldn’t send a tech out unless the tech knew what part needed to be replaced. In other words, these “techs” who make house calls can’t diagnose a problem. She did promise that a top level tech would telephone me within two hours. No call received, and I made sure that the phone was not used during that time. I telephoned customer support again (the phone number for customer support and customer relations is the same.) I talked to a Level 2 supervisor and we did some more tests using the remote control. No luck. He said he would refer the matter to engineering and that while engineering would not call me, customer support would call me in about 24 hours and tell me what engineering had to say. No call. I think Sony is trying to wear me out. Well, I’ll take Sunday off and call again on Monday if I haven’t heard from them. Bite me again, Sony.

Well, no luck with having Sony fix the issue when I called on Monday. Engineering said it was not a hardware problem. It turns out they were correct, but why didn’t ANYONE at Sony figure out how to fix the issue? This all should have been taken care of when I first contacted them by email in late October, or certainly by telephone when I first called customer support on November 4. The picture was cutting off at both sides when I used my geometry test DVD through an HDMI cable. A person at Sony told me how to set the Screen parameters with the remote control on November 4. He was WRONG, as I discovered thanks to using Google and reading a few postings. And NOBODY at Sony picked up on the error. The Sony person said to set the Screen to Auto Display ON. It should have been set to OFF, so that Full Pixel could be enabled. Once I did that, I got the full screen image. It seems that this is a fairly common issue, but the incompetent support people at Sony apparently did not know about it. So something that should have been fixed in 30 seconds no later than November 4, took until November 24 to resolve. And I had to figure it out with help from the Internet, not from Sony. Hire yourself some competent people, Sony. Oh, yes. Bite me again, Sony.

Once you get through the menu and press 1 for products then 2 for repair, guess what?…………It takes you BACK to the original menu! Yep, you have to do it all over AGAIN!!!! But alas! I figured out if you press 0 four times, it will ring a live person. Then you get someone in the Philippines who can’t speak English. She asked me for my Case number, which YOU gave me on Saturday, and she cannot find any record of it. I spent 25 minutes on the phone with her!!!!!!! 25 minutes!!!. I asked her to have some that I could understand call me back. I gave her my cell number and guess what? She said she could not find that number as a reference number either!! Yep, three times on that one. Never got a call back. Then I called and spoke with a guy named Mark. He said we had a bad connection and her would call me back. Gave him my number and guess what? NO CALL!!!! After five calls to the 800 number, I am then told by a recording to call239.768.7602 So I call that number THREE TIMES!!! Still NO HELP!!
After spending THREE HOURS on the phone yesterday with YOUR COMPANY trying to get a DEFECTIVE product fixed, I emailed you again asking for your help and informing you of my experience. Then to no surprise, this morning you email me back asking me to do the same thing over again. Are you serious? Really?
I don’t know what your management at SONY is thinking. Obviously not much or that the public is stupid. Your customer service is terrible.
I spent 27 years in retail. 17 years with Wal-Mart as the Exec. VP of Operations. I, along with Sam Walton developed the Supercenter. I spent four years with Home Depot creating a new division for them and then was the CEO for three companies. One of them is a large customer of yours, FRYS Electronics.
I still have lots of friends around the globe in the retail business as well as in the consulting / sourcing business. Due to the fact that you and your company have pissed me off so bad, I promise you that I will do everything I can to make sure they all know of my experience with you. As I write this email, I could have done other task much more important to my business, but as I said last night in my email to you, it is now a matter of principal.

As for you asking me to try and schedule an appointment so someone can look at my radio, no need. I am going to purchase the most expensive marine radio that I can find from one of your competitors. I have three SONY flat screens in my home today. No more. They will all be replaced because of the way this was handled over a $200.00 radio.

PURCHASE A SONY product at YOUR OWN RISK. I had to exchange a Samsung camcorder I purchased from Target because of a defect– Target did not have a Samsung camcorder and replaced with a Sony camcorder. Less than 4 months, the camcorder would only record for 10 minutes. I contacted Sony to see what was wrong with the camcorder – I was informed that I had to send it to Precisions Camera Repair in CT to see what was wrong with the camcorder– Sony sends me a shipping label to have the product mailed by FedEx- FedEx charges me $12.50 for shipping to CT. Precision contacts me to say I have to pay $96.50 for labor (eventually they lower the cost to $50.00 after I contacted them twice about the camcorder being defective – I had to ask them to give me a detail listing of what was wrong with the camera – it needs an alignment and calibration)
The nightmare begins with a Sony camcorder HDR-CX240 lemon product having passed their quality control. I called the Sony number of 860-222-7669 was placed on hold for 35 minutes. I was finally able to speak with Mark, he informed me there is only a 1 year warranty on the product for parts and I would have to pay for the labor (I would have to pay for a defective camcorder to be repaired). I contacted the American Headquarters of Sony in NY spoke with Richard and he informed me he could not connect me to CEO: Michael Lynton and then gave me a San Diego number (858-942-2400) that only had voice mail. I called Richard (an operator) back and asked to speak to someone who I could speak with and he said the San Diego office again. Then I asked to speak with his supervisor – his supervisor is Regina and she stated that I could not speak with CEO: Michael Lynton because they do not handle customer complaints and I needed to speak with someone in the NJ division of Sony 201-930-1000 again voice mail.
I called the 800-222-7669 waited another 20 minutes on hold. When the agent finally came on I stated I wanted to make a complaint – she wanted the same information all over again. After explaining again, she wanted the date I purchased the Sony camcorder. I did not purchase a Sony camcorder it was a replacement.
If you are going to purchase a SONY product turn and walk away – better still run because complaining about their product will place you on a carrousel –with no one wanting to take responsibility for a defective product.

I am very loyal customer to the Sony organization and have been for nearly two decades. The reasons are quite simple; Sony is an innovative company that has an incredible history of making superior products. The first Sony product that I (or should I say mom) ever bought, at a meager ten years old, was a Sony PlayStation. It was such a reliable and cutting edge product, especially at the time. I must admit, I was hooked. Ever since then I have been a great supporter of Sony. I have owned multiple PlayStation consoles of every generation system that Sony has produced. That currently includes two PlayStation 4 consoles as well (My wife has one too). Our children still make relevant use of my old PlayStation 3 that has yet to see the end of its technological life. That’s something an Xbox owner can only dream about. Moreover, I own a Sony High Definition Television and even few thousand dollars of Sony Stock over the last couple of years.
Despite my American (USA) heritage and the recent onslaught of hacker breaches that have not only compromised the security of personally sensitive information, but also prompted the shut down the PSN for months on multiple occasions, my support for Sony has never wavered or faltered. Nor do I foresee it doing so either. That’s because Sony continues to serve its customers well by not cutting corners in the development and manufacturing of its products. However, to continue my theme of loyalty, I moved away from another prominent U.S. manufacturer to replace it with another Sony product and further illustrate my support. I recently left Apple’s iPhone in order to purchase a Sony Xperia Z3v. To be honest, the iPhone proved to be a rather incredible phone. I had only ever owned one and it lasted three years. However, I do take good care of my belongings… Nevertheless, in that time period the iPhone did experience some minor drops, unprotected by a case, and even 45 seconds submerged underwater in a pool while on (a friend pushed me not knowing it was in my pocket). It still works to this day. I retired it and currently store it as a back-up phone.
To arrive at my belated point, the Xperia Z3, while a great phone, has not lived up to that standard. Nor Sony’s standard that is well-established by its precedence of quality technology. I have owned my Xperia approximately three months. It that time I have not dropped it once, yet a spider web-like crack has formed on the back, middle region of the phone. While it has not affected its operating capabilities, I imagine it’s “water proof/resistance” feature has been compromised. I have never seen such a fragile phone before. Also, the Wi-Fi connection on the Xperia is almost despicable. The 4G works wonderfully, but as soon as I connect to a network my patience becomes extensively tested; even mine (remember, I’m an avid gamer with great internet).
Lastly, the operating system does occasionally “stop working” at times and have to ‘force’ a shutdown. This mildly irritating at best, but, nevertheless, not a problem I have ever had with my previous iPhone or Blackberry. I am left wondering if I must bring my iPhone out of retirement… On a positive note, the camera is truly impressive, the longevity of the battery is incredible, and the connectivity features that connect to my PlayStation 4 are very enjoyable to say the least. I understand that Sony has only recently joined the mobile phone market, and in with that consideration, has done quite well. However, it still leaves much to be desired. I will undoubtedly remain loyal to a great company that has remained loyal to its customers all of these years. I merely wanted to provide some feedback as an established customer.

My name is Marco Arruda I recently sent in a PlayStation four To the service center because it stopped working. Your service center then return to me a certified replacement system. Once I receive the system this one also stopped working within a month of me having it serviced. I did once again send it back a second time. I recently just received it back . The same day I received the Third certified replacement System. I plugged it in and the system will not even turn on. All that keeps happening is the blue light will flash then it turns off. I contacted customer support and they refused to do anything for me. So I called back and talk to supervisor. And he told me he talk to the corporate office. And that since this is my third system being serviced that I was supposed to receive a brand-new system. Instead of a certified replacement. He also told me I was awarded two games for my problems kill zone and the last of us . But every time I call customer service back To try to get a tracking number for my system. They always tell me that I’m not getting a new system I’m getting a used service system back. I think it’s unfair to me the customer that I paid $400 for system that keeps being serviced on . They should not tell the customers that they are getting something that they’re not getting. i’ve been lied to for the past two weeks tell me I am receiving a new PlayStation 4 . Because my has been serviced on to many times . Now they’re telling me I’m only getting service system again. Now here I am without a PlayStation for over a month and Sony doesn’t even care about their customers. Now I must wait 7 to 10 day agin just to receive a serviced on system. Thank you Sony for having your customers pay top dollar for your products. And not even replace them with a new one . I belive since we ALL have got the same mail, that this is SCAM..FAKE ..
If we answer i also belive ,it will come a mail that say that we have to pay 100 dollar or something like that to recive or money 🙂
Lets say 100 people do that the Fraud people will get alot of money just by Scamming people.

I have followed the instructions and provided my winning information.

I’m about to transfer the money but I’m afraid if this is a scam.
