Yes FACTOR MEALS ARE A FRAUD. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE MY Credit CARD WITHOUT MY NAME, USING SOME BOGUS MADE UP NAME. THIS COMPANY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!!
I had factor 75 for 2 months in 2022. My husband and myself did not like the meals so I cancelled the subscription. In April 2023 my account was charged. I called and they said because I had signed in, I was comparing plans with another, that reactivates my plan. I called when I got the notice and cancelled the plan again. I was unable to stop it or get a refund. I tried the corporate office and it said the site didn’t exist. Do not even log into your account or they reactivate it. Now I’m stuck with these meals and had to pay 93 dollars!!!
I was about a 2 second customer. I followed promo for the 60% off and call before completing my account to confirm I am not availalbe for the 1st date but would accept 11/30. Very difficult first call but it ended either by being hung up or tech issues. Called again and told to complete the payment. I did and then was informed I no longer could get the discount and would only get 20%, My first box would be 11/30 and this is wrong.
I was not told I lost my promo but not taking the first date of something like 11/22. I am not here and I said so.
Now I cancelled since I do not trust or accept this what seems to be bait and switch or by the first support persons blackmail.
Tried to reach supervisor. Tried to call. Fall failures.
My hope was to try the keto and learn how to manage newly diagnosed diabetes 2,.
