I was sold a system that only produces half the power I was promised. I have been trying and trying to get a hold of EnviroSolar. They will not answer the phone or respond to messages. They hired a tree trimming company to come cut some trees and I had to pay the company because they wouldn’t respond the company’s invoices. This company is a joke at best and something needs to be done.

Another correction: “I paid ABC $1500.00” not:”$15,000.00”.

Dear Mr Abe Issa,
In 2014 I purchased solar panels from a company that has changed name: Global Efficient Energy has closed to business. I am writing to you today to desperately ask for your help, May be you could have the authority as a CEO of another new solar panels company to ultimately solve my problem.
A licensed roofer comes to assess a repeated roof leak at my house. He said the leak originates from one of the mounting brackets. He also has told me that the leak has been there because a nail went through the roof on the day the panel was installed.
Global Efficient Energy employee named Eric Atkins had promised me that the company will come to remove the panels in case of a roof leak or a roof replacement so the roofer can work.
Mr Issa, will you back up my claim? In January 2010 when I detected the leak the first time I paid ABC Home and Commercial Services $ 15,000.00, and the roof leak was not properly fixed. I would like to let you know that I am an 82 year old widow retired person and this roof leaking problem has substantially taken a toll on my health. Honestly, I am financially unable to hire a company to remove the panels, the same licensed roofer said that in would be in the $5,000.00!
I sincerely thank you, whether or not you would help me solve the problem. Please, reply to me Mr Issa.
With regards, Tuyen Tran.
