I’m a new user and just created my account on Letgo and just posted item for sale and accidentally clicked on bump (just wanted to see what that is and read how it works) and was right away charged $11.99! They politely refused to offer me a refund of my hard earned money of $5.99 that I paid them to put my listing at the top every 24 hours. They offered me store credit which is bad business.
Won’t be using LetGo ever again.

Hi Letgo your app is very cool. My question is why do my items keep falling off of my site?.
My post keep saying that there sold and they haven’t been you need to stop or you will lose my business fix the problem I will tell others to not use your website.
I selling a galaxy s9 to Mayble, she answered my ad, she was supposed to send it money gram, sent a fake website like it was money gram, I haven’t got paid for the phone, new phone never used, can you give me her contacts information?
Love Letgo and thank you for developing this platform for people to sell goods and make money. I just wish you had a review button that sellers could use to demoralize buyers that never show up, inconvenience you, wastes your time and play you. They are sellers because they have postings but should be reported so others can see how rude, insensitive, and disingenuous they are. I have great reviews and would never do this to people who need to make money!
Get responses from buyers, but then messages are deleted and says buyer is under moderation. This has happened EVERY TIME I am contacted by a buyer. The site is crap.!!!!!!!!!
I was sold an item for $200 that didn’t work and all I want to do is review the guy so others wont buy from him. I’ve reported him. he didn’t list me as the person he sold item to (had to have lied since let go asks automatically if the person sold to was last person contacted which was me). there are some serious flaws in this app and if younger making so much money off it u should consider figuring out dispute resolutions like most reputable companies.
you need to investigation letgo app there been too many scammers threat me for no reason and your coworkers has been harassment me and threaten me for no reason they are remove my stuff that i post it and they are breaking federal law

His alleged daughter texted stating he dad was interested in the item and then he text back. When I get the name of the daughter and her phone number I will also post it.Just beware.

She asks for she can “help” in some way, I’ve answered NO twice, the first time she re did my ad for one thing without my permission and describing the item incorrectly…. “Allison” also popped up on another time, today, also revising MY item asking if she could “help”, I sent a message DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH MY ITEMS OR POSTINGS!!!!!! I called the corporate phone number, it rang one time got answering machine, at end of recording it sounds like a baby or toddler at most is crying, at the very end of the recording it states “Mailbox is full” WHAT A SHOCKER
