We go to the yogurt land on overland and Washington in Culver City almost every night …the bathroom in there is consistently filthy there’s no back on the toilet the floor is discusting it is one of the worst bathrooms I’ve ever been in ….the yogurt Has been consistently grainy and I’ve been told by other yogurt lands that that is because the machines are not being cleaned properly . This yogurtland is below every standard i believe…if is was just once i wouldnt mention it…but 2 years of constantly being dirty and the yogurt not being creamy..something needs to be done…i will call the health department.

Me and my kid when to the yogurtland in Inglewood on July 8 about 10:10pm to make a purchase but was stopped by a sign on the door stating they where already closed and a locked door. I carefully checked the closing time which said 10:30pm on sundays. So maybe you need to have the time frame changed on the website to match the store time. Very unhappy with wasting my time to drive to the business and upset my child.

I just went into PARAMOUNT Ca yogurtland. I wanted to use the restroom before ordering. The girl said no and she started to call the police. I will never patronize any yogurtland again. I intend to sue.

I visited your Westlake Village store (111 Westlake Blvd, Westlake Village, CA 91362) this evening (Thursday 4/5/2018). As this is the closest location to my home, I frequent this store on a regular basis. First I would like to say that the employees are almost always friendly and courteous. That being said, my typical experience of this location (I frequent several Yogurtland locations in the greater Los Angeles and Ventura County areas) is that it is poorly managed. From non-working yogurt machines to messy conditions, this Westlake Village location almost always makes a bad impression and does not meet the standards of cleanliness that I experience at other locations. This location gives the Yogurtland brand a bad name.
More specifically with regard to this evening’s visit; the business traffic was light to moderate and the store was exceptionally dirty. From the floors to the yogurt machines to the topping counter the place was a complete unsanitary mess! Even worse, one of the employees was eating a greasy pizza in the middle of the store, at a table that should have been reserved for your paying customers, while wearing her Yogurtland uniform. Seriously? I took pictures of both the unsanitary conditions and the pizza eating employee and will send them to you at your request.
I have spent many years in retail and a number of years in the food service business. This location is screaming for a new franchisee. It is very clear that the current franchisee is not managing this location to the same standards that appear to be in place at other locations. The franchisee of this location is tarnishing the Youurtland brand.

Myself and quite a few friends go to your store in Thousand Oaks ca. Unfortunately they now serve 4 ice cream choices which means 4 less yogurt choices. We go there because we want yogurt and now the choice of flavors is very limited. There is a menchis and froyo with in a mile and even if I like yours better, if I want strawberry I go to the other places. Your employees are very nice and they get a lot of complaints. A lot of parents won’t take their kids there because they don’t want their kids to have ice cream. I know this won’t change anything but too bad

I have no complaints but I would love it if y’all could open a location in Conroe Texas.

The goleta location sounds like the other comments. Idiots work here never look like they give a crap live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world and this product costs as much as liquid gold over 7 dollars for just yogurt then none of these people want to help you sign up for rewards. hire something other than petulant zombie chang ok?

My granddaughter was at your yogurt land in perris, .ca yesterday about 6:20 and one of your workers spilled the trash bag on my granddaughter looked at her and laughed then the girl behind the counter started laughing also I feel that your employees should have handled that better than that we are very upset and would like something done.

I recently visisted the Yogurt Land located in 9715 NW 41st in Doral, Florida on May 3rd at around 9:40pm; and my very first experience here was terrible. Both employees working had horrible costumer service and from the moment I got there, were completely rude. Both employees Anna Talancon and Barbara Nasco showed zero respect and acted as if they not only did not want to be working at the time but had no tolerance on dealing with any customers. After asking them to restock the brownies for the frozen yogurt, they then hesitated and seemed agaitated by my request. I then went along, paid for the frozen yougurt and sat outside. As I went inside to request for them to fill up the tank of water, Anna Talancon simply told me “no” with no hesitation as I was unable to even finish my question. Again, I went outside and left the situation alone. As they were closing up, Anna Talancon then came outside where me and a couple of my friends who also purchased frozen yougurt sat outside and demanded us to leave because she “needed to start bringing the chairs and tables inside”. We then asked what time they closed because we were informed this Yougurtland Franchise closed at 11:00pm and it was only 10:30. As we ended up finally departuring, Anna Talancon and Barbara Nasco announced rude comments and Barbara Nasco then stuck her middle finger out at my friend. I then approached these employees and asked for their names and as they had done throughout our entire visit, hesitated and insisted on not giving me their last names until I mentioned I was going to email corporate. I’ve gone to other frozen yogurt places and have had a pleasant time but because of word of mouth, decided to try out this yougurtland location. It was completely intolerable the way these two employees acted and treated us as costumers when in the end, it was going to affect this location’s reputation. I hope drastic measures will be taken into place. Thank you for your time. If needed to be contacted, my email is
