My last order I placed included 3 dresses described as Plus size 3X but all 3 were manufacturer labeled 3XL which is a dramatic difference between sizes. I only pull on the Womens Plus sizes when I go on your line and am really frustrated with the fulfillment of my orders size wise. I am returning all 3.
Also, it is difficult to finally find the return information on your website. It should be situated on the front page top headline along with all the other pieces of info,

I so wish Thredup would STOP using scented Febreze on their clothing! This is such bad business. So many people are highly allergic to fragrances, or are sensitive to these kind of odors. What makes it worse, it is so difficult to get the smell out of the clothes, even after multiple washings, and hanging clothes outside to air out.
I was recently on a website looking for information on how to remove the Febreze odor from clothes, and many people who prefer to shop second-hand clothing were saying they couldn’t shop Ebay or Thredup because of this problem.
There is, I believe, unscented Febreze. Please consider using that, or use nothing at all. The scented Febreze is really quite disgusting.

Dear thred up corporate office. I have a fiancé who works for one of your establishments. I will not disclose her name but I can tell you that she works in the Mechanicsburg building. I think that it is pretty pathetic that when a family member of one of your employees has an emergency issue that they need to contact that person that you have no direct phone number on your website at all that will allow them access to communicate with that staff memeber also when you build a website I think that you Should also make it so that it doesn’t take you to the same phone number that is in reference to your website tech support. Again if you build a website that you also put that direct number in line with that establishment not to the same website tech support. I think it is complete nonsense that you as a business owner should know that. Thank you and have a good night because it is 0:0048 pst. And I have been trying for almost three hours and it sends me to some stupid google voice recognition thing. Insane just complete insanity and also I think that those employees should be able to have personal phones on them as well. Thanks again and as business owners we should allow our website to be in working order non of jumping around trying to find a comments box or a contact number. Now if you had an issue at home and your relative needed to contact don’t you have a direct number for them to contact you on. I would think so. December 2018 I purchased a 30 piece jewelry rescue box I was so excited because I had watched so many thredup jewelry unboxings,on YouTube, of the 30 piece and 10 pound boxes. I have seen 10k gold, sterling silver and high end brands coming from both of these boxes so I was very excited that I would at least get something that would equal the value of $34.00. My box came from the distribution center in PA, it was a huge disappointment most everything in my 30 piece box was very low end department store jewelry, yes 1 piece was from Walmart that was on clearance at 50 cents that counted as 1of my 30 pieces…..really?!? 1/4 of my box was low end quality, 1/2 was not wearable at all due to gold tone color loss, missing rhinestones or just broken. The 1/4 I consider wearable was very underwhelming especially after seeing so many nice pieces of Mexican 925 silver coming out of the 10 pound boxes. I’m very disappointed I deleted my account twice because one employees thought by offering me 20% off and reactivating my account would make up for this pile of crap I got…it didn’t it only made me more furious she would insult me like that. You really need to re-evaluate and educate those who pick these 30 pieces at least give you something to keep you ordering. The other problem was I felt the jewelry could have been put in boxes not stuffed in baggies but I guess that just goes to show how they felt about the crap they put in my box…it wasn’t good enough to put each piece in jewelry boxes.
