There hasn’t been any steak to make Phillywich or Cheeseburgerwich in any store in Eastern North Carolina in over 60 days! When is this issue going to be resolved? Will it ever be??? I used to spend over $100/month at your store. Not anymore!!!

Ordered a COLDwich yesterday about an hour after the restaurant opened. THEY chose to deliver via Door Dash. The COLDWich I ordered was too hot to hold. When I called the restaurant (less than 40 minutes later) the rude person on the phone lied to me and said that they had not even had any Door Dash deliveries yesterday. I find that funny since I got a survey on how well the delivery from Which Wich was, but obviously, they had NO deliveries using Door Dash so I am the CRAZY LIAR!
I will certainly advise all that I know of the horrible experience and the rude attitude and untruthfulness of their staff, which obviously management condones.

Delivery driver from door dash stole my food all the Which wich employee could say was I understand it’s not your fault. No offer of a coupon, could care less if I ever ordered from there again but why would I trust thieves? Absolutely unbelievable, saw that the charge hit my account but the credit has not, will give it more time before reporting theft to the BBB. This is horrendous!
Why bother, just close shop better than stealing from your customers.

My big complaint with this business is the a-holes that they hire to run their business in Macon, Ga. I had a hardship where I had to help my daughter in law. During helping her I had to use the bathroom so I went into this sandwich restaurant. There was a sign on the door that only paying customers could use the bathroom. I went in to get a cup of coffee and didn’t know that they didn’t have coffee. I ask to use the bathroom and this jerk went off on me and said I could not use the bathroom. I was going to get a drink but this guy was such a a-hole I would never step into another Which witch sandwich business again and I will pass the word about your a-holes you hire and bathroom for paying customer only policy!

Unfortunately I have little confidence that this outreach will result in much. Having read the other comments here, it seems that my experience today at the Which Wich in the Buffalo, NY airport is par for the course. While waiting for my sandwich, Titina who was behind the sandwich counter announced loudly, “The only part of this job I hate is these veggie patty sandwiches. Any other sandwich is fine, but not this one.” What? I asked her, “What’s the problem with them?” To which she replied, “people always want everything on the bag when they order these.”
Guess what – I travel for work weekly and I regularly eat at Which Wich because it’s hard to get good food on the road. BUT being made to feel like I’ve put someone out by ordering a sandwich the way I want it made – which is your company’s vision – is way out of line. Brand soured. And I’ll be sure to share this with others as well. Get it together.

Do you ever look at your Yelp reviews? There are a ton of reviewers unhappy with the stupid, inefficient process of making a sandwich. The most common issue is that your employees don’t care, have attitudes, and the sandwiches take forever to make. Not one franchisee replies back to unsatisfied clients. You guys are absolutely worthless, and that moron Jeff Sinelli needs to resign. Get it together. Also, why does it take so long for a sandwich to be made? Well, Subway has one person seeing it through to completion. It literally take 2 minutes. Review after review after review for your stores shows 30+ minute wait times for sandwiches to be made. I too have sucXXXXbed to this sloth like assembly line. PLEASE PLEASE go Bankrupt and allow real sandwich shops to flourish. God I can’t stand your embarrassingly hideous operation.

Milton Florida Wich witch is absolutely the best I love there service people that work in there are absolutely wonderful could not ask for any better service or employees the manager Jamie Odom is absolutely wonderful and I see that they are getting mistreated and then I see where they’re only had one worker there trying to do it all by his self which is totally not fair how can you treat your workers this way. These group of people should be treated a lot better and that is for me a customer who comes at least every other day to eat. thank you

Very unhappy with my order today. Apparently Whichwich has renamed the “small” sandwich to “regular.” Not only that, but they’ve increased its price. The “regular” was selected by default on the online ordering page, so I figured it was the default sandwich that I always order (the medium). Instead, I was given a small sandwich in the store, leaving me still hungry. This should really be stated on the online ordering page. It seems deceptive.
On top of that, when I got home I realized that they had not put BBQ sauce on the sandwich as I had ordered.
I like Whichwich’s sandwiches and the location is really convenient for me, but this nonsense in addition to frequent mistakes on my orders and wait times that are sometimes double what is stated on the order confirmation e-mail make it tempting to find somewhere else to go.
Not to mention that the “Contact Us” page on the website is down and there is no e-mail for customer service available online. Really frustrating.

We went to Which Wich in Ann Abor, Michigan for the first time today with our granddaughters, one of whom has severe dairy and egg allergies. The cashier, Andrew, was very helpful in helping us decipher the menu but when we had specific questions regarding ingredients he immediately got the manager, Steven Price. Steven was able to answer all our questions, got out the allergy/ ingredient information and then personally made the sandwich so there would be no cross contamination . The service was wonderful and the sandwiches were delicious!

Hello, I brought my family to the Florence South Carolina location. And guess what I found out I’m invisible no greeting , no interaction, nothing but sour faces. Triple checked my money like I was a counterfeiter no thank you or anything. It was so bad me and my family didn’t dine in we took our food to go. Not sure what can be done but I eat here often and spend good money here and didn’t appreciate the unpleasant atmosphere.

Today we went into the Azusa California which wich store on Alosta. The costumer service was absolutely horrible and the girls working were no help to us first timers at all in fact we seemed to be a bother to them. The food wasn’t good either and very sloppy we ordered a pb&j kids meal and only received the sandwhich when I asked she was rude and said she only charged for the sandwhich not even offering to change it or let me pay the differnece by then I was over it and left with $30 of crap.

First off it’s almost impossible to find a way to communicate with the corporate office from your website. At least the mobile ones. I’ve tried to order something online and I go through the entire process and I get “an error has occurred” and I have to go back to the beginning every time. Doesn’t tell me what the error is. Very difficult. All I want to do is place an order and have it delivered. Tried download the app and it tells me you need access to all these things on my phone. I don’t want to give the app all the access to those things. Why do you need all that access?

I went to your Coronado shop. It took over 35 minutes to get out my our order. First three sandwiches came out then it took another 30 minutes for the last one after two inquiries. I will never eat at your stores again. Worst customer service ever. Your staff stared at me with blank expressions when I said that I wanted to talk with the manager.

I ordered Which Wich today (7/7/16) using their app for quicker service. My confirmation email said it would be ready for pick up at 12:12pm. I arrive at the store to pick up my order and the cashier turns to her co-worker and said “We gave that guy the wrong order.” They proceeded to start remaking my order, I told them I wasn’t waiting for them to remake it. I ordered online to avoid the wait. Ask for a refund and she said she would. What gets me is, was the guys name “Jason” as well? Also no manager came to talk to me, so I left pissed off. Now a coworker and myself are without lunch.
