I am very confuesed about my pension last febuary i decieded to start my weyerhaeuser pension ;and this has turned into my biggest nightmare : Last febuary i made a phone call to vanguard to open my pension well they sent me papperwork to apply i sent that back with a start date of june 1 not expecting any delays hoaever vanguard was turning there responsibilities over to willis and towers firm , so in july of last year i had to resubmit my paperwork to open my pension and was assured that there wouldnt be any real delays : willis and towers said that from the information they had i had to define the percentage of my pension for my ex wife so i asked tem to fax me the papperwork and was informed that it could only be mailed out to me i gave them my maling address and after waiting for ten days i still hadnt recived my information i called and they siaid they mailed it so i asked them about my mailing address and it was correct so they said that they would resend it to me so after a week and no start up kit i called again and they said that it was mailed again so they said that they would mail me another kit well finaly in august i got my start up kit and i filled it out anx faxed it back to tbem and called tem and they cofirmed tbat they had recieved it and that they had to review it and tbat would take about twenty days for that and tbey would render their deciesion by mail with that deciesion that s when i found out i needed q r d o so then i asked if they had their own papperwork i recived my papperwork in september i flled out the pappers and was able to get my ex wife to fill her part out which she did and faxed them the pappers when i called to confirm i was told that befor they could review the order that i had to have it reviewed and signed by the court that my divorce had been awarded through however i didnt know tha i had to pay for that so finaly in december i was able to vet the court to sign off on it so i faxed it to them to reviw to see if it met their standards ; they said that would tak appoxamitly 20 days when i called to find out my status they were still reviewing it in febuary of this year they sent me their deciesion by mail and in march of this year i called to find out when my pension would start and was informed that i needed to fill my start up kit out and mail it back and instead of my previous start date of june of last year that they gave me a new start xate of 1 rst of april after they reviewed it well i called to find out the status i was informed that my claim was being reviewed and that my start date now will be the first of july and that i will get 547 a month and that i will recieve back pay for april may and june in july because since my claim was under review that instead of saying cloed it still says open however i have had no income now for a year or better and instead of closing my appliction and openning my payments tha its still being reviewed and that i ll have to wait untill july to recieve any of my money now i worked foe this lumber company for 25 yrs and helped the company make money and paid into my pension this is money that i already have worked for its not wages and to be submitted to this kind of treatment from a corperation that i had been loyal to for 25 yrs to be treated by my company this way now makes me feel ashamed of and i no longer have any respect for as a world employer who only cares about their own proffit and doese nt have any respect for the men and women who made them into a world known corperation and if you look at my family you will know that theres over 100 years of working with this company that could careless how there retirees are treated like i said this is something i invested my life to and dont know why you feel like its your money to keep and to show me very little respect after a long career with is very upsetting and makes me feel so embarrassed to have worked for.
Have been trying to obtain a response from Weyerhaeuser (Stacy Kraus 360 442 4341), Timberlands, pertaining to a exchange of an easement across a segment of Weyerhaeuser land in Columbia County Oregon that would allow my client Larry Olson access to his 25 acre parcel inside the city limits of Rainier, Oregon. In exchange for the easement my client would construct a roadway that would serve Weyerhaeuser’s logging operations as well as providing said access. Larry Olson would also contribute 4 acres of standing timber that is currently surrounded by Weyerhaeuser lands. Olson will obtain a driveway access permit from ODOT as well as provide gates for security for all parcels. The transaction was originally approved when Longview Timberlands LLC owned the parcel in question. How do I generate a positive response from Weyerhaeuser Timberlands ?
