Warrior Custom Golf was founded in 2005 by current owner and CEO Brendan Flaherty in Irvine, California. After paying a premium price for a bad set of golf clubs, Flaherty decided to start his own manufacturing company.
The company makes premium golf clubs at the plant in Irvine. Flaherty has stated that he employs more than 200 persons year round, and more when with seasonal demands. In addition to clubs, the company has recently begun to purchase golf courses around the country. Rather than focus on large courses in popular areas, the company looks for smaller courses that the average golfer will play, even if the economy isn’t in the best shape. Within a two year period, the company brought together investors to purchase 6 courses.
Warrior Custom Golf feels that it can bring in new clients by offering a free set of Warrior Clubs with the purchase of a yearly membership. The company is looking to buy two more properties in 2017 and even more in the following years.

Mr. John Maddox told me I would get a Refund on April 2. 2021. It has been over twenty one days. I have not received an email or phone call from Mr. Maddox or customer service. All my golf buddies liked the driver I tested. After I told them what I experienced with Mr. Maddox and especially customer service. Warrior golf lost out on three orders.
I would never work for a company that treats there customers like SH*T. I will never see my $484.77. Lesson learned. Do not buy from Warrior Customs golf.

Dear Mr. Flaherty,
I purchased a driver from your company and had a horrible experience. I was told I was purchasing this driver under your test play program in which I would have 45 days to test the driver and if I did not like the driver I could send it back. I tried the driver and the flex on the shaft for me was not stiff enough so I thought when I called back they might try to put me in a different shaft. But the first words out of their mouth was it’s a final sale we won’t take it back. At which point I wanted my money back a full refund because that’s what the promise was. When I called to return the club I was told it was a final sale not under the test play program. I told them that I was told by the salesman it was under the test play program and I had 45 days. They said they went back to look at the recording and nothing like that was said which is a lie. So I informed them I also had an email which stated the same thing I told them the day and the time to help them find it because they were having trouble. They still denied it was under the test play program but in good faith to treat their customer right they would give me a full refund. The first time they refunded me which took longer than what it was supposed to they said they refunded me $0. The second time I was told I would see it within 72 hours which finally did occur. I was not looking to send the driver back at first but the poor treatment I received made my mind up that I did not want this club from this company. Then when I tried to contact someone in the corporate office I was basically giving I run around and I do not look to receive a call from anyone. So if you received this email I would appreciate a call back so you can know what is happening in your company is not acceptable customer service which I’m sure you would like to have exceptional customer service.
Sincerely
James Gibbs
