I have been calling since Feb/2018. As I did not order the product X2. However I did order the product X1 and the product was damaged. In one of the many of phone calls I was advised to disregard the product as the product would have remaining water in the it and I would be refunded for both and I still have not be refunded for any of the products. Please send my refund ASAP.

VW is by far the worst company in the supplementary business. I ordered an item that apparently was out of stock but I had no way of knowingthat and received no notification. I called only to be told my order was canceled. So I said I’d like a different flavor or the same product and was told this Could not be done. I then called over and
over only to be hung up on told different answers
and so on and so forth. I then emailed customer
service and they said they would honor the same
price over the phone. So I called back and was
told that can’t be done and whom ever emailed
that to me should not have said that. All I ask is to
receive what I ordered. I would even except a
different flavor but was told they only had limited
products of what I wanted even though the web
site doesn’t specify that. I’m just a dissatisfied
customer looking for answers.

This is the worst large corporation I have ever had to deal with. I ordered on your buy one get one free 2 ultra man sport vitamins and 2 krill oil 1500 mgs.. You delivered only the krill oil. I called and was told the 2 ultra man was cacelled. As I was charged for two krill oil I would be getting a credit of 53.49. I never received the credit so I called again and they assured me I would be getting the credit again. Again I received no credit. I called again and complained to a so called supervisor who told me there would be no credit.I only received 2 bottles of krill oil on your buy 1 get 1 free. How can you charge me for both??? I purchased the missing ultra man vitamins weeks later( your order number vw100463766). I have spent over an hour on the phone trying to get this resolved . I want a credit and an apology. I purchased Lactase from VW and enjoyed the benefits. Since then, it has been “on back order”.
I have sent 3 emails asking if VW will ever have it again. I have not had the courtesy of a reply to any of these. I have called twice to complain about the poor service and no one has ever answered my original question!
So yesterday I called and asked for a supervisor. We had a long talk and he seemed very concerned and would have a higher up call me. Then when we finished the call, neither of us hung up. For about a minute I could hear him and coworkers laughing in the background about the phone call. It was an 8 minute call at 10:52 central time and he said his name was Mike.
I don’t see how any corporation could have worse customer service than VW!

Dear Customer Service: I am a retired NYS Parole Official,who was amazed how great the customer service I received on 8/13/17 in your store at the Poughkeepsie Galleria,2001 South Road,box142,Poughkeepsie,N.Y.12601. The saleslady named “Tara” had tremendous knowledge of the herbs and vitamins that I was looking for. Her personality is not only very friendly,but extremely helpful,and wants all her customers to leave satisfied and happy.
She was also very patient,and answered all my questions. Because of salespeople like her,I will be a lifetime customer. Please acknowledge that you received this email.

We have been loyal customers in Las Americas Outlet, for about 5 years or maybe more. We decided to invest a little in VW products as we absolutely love them, and decided to order online. Big mistake. First of, our bank retained the payment and the order was never placed due to a glitch on their end; as of right now I have not gotten my money back (about 1K). Then we placed a small order for 5 gel bottles, UPS delivered them but to someone that was not affiliated with the address… It feels like too much of a coincidence to be bad luck…. Customer service from VW is not helpful at all, in contrast to their employees in the stores.
I would appreciate talking to corporate in regards of this situation

Several days ago I received the order of Probiotic10 that I had ordered on line. The product is sold in glass bottles. When I opened the poorly packed box I found one of the glass bottles broken. I called the number on my invoice (order #070817-650-60) and pressed que#4 for complaints/problems. I described the problem and was told that as it was expensive to reship the product to me (Maui, Hawaii) perhaps I should sift through the broken glass and use whatever salvageable product I could save. That was outrageous!!!. I hung up, recalled and spoke to someone else. A replace bottle is in the works, but honestly I will never, never order online again I promise you that. I’m certain that you will understand why I will tell just about anyone I know about this. I have never in my life received this level of horrible customer service and I will never forget it.

I placed an order on July 21, 2017. This order was cancelled without my knowledge due to a “glitch.” A second order was placed without my knowledge to replace the cancelled order on Jul 31. Somehow this new order was also cancelled with no explanation.
Nobody seems to know what they are doing and supervisors do not return calls. Is this a way to treat a loyal customer? NO!!!!

I have been fighting with Vitamin World for the past 3 months. Not sending right order, forgetting items and giving me a credit and now on my account it is no where to be found. I even had a representative push through an order which I have his full name without my consent which I have contacted my attorney about. I can never get a manager as I have been told by several reps that the manager is not there. I have every representatives name I spoke to which is over 7 people and no one can fix my problem. I even had a rep give me the wrong number to call to speak to a manager. He gave me the number to a local store in Long Island who obviously does not have anything to do with my issue. I want Vitamin World to give me by 66.00 credit on a gift card as your phone rep are not professional and not knowledgable. I have everyone’s name I spoke to, dates, times and promises not kept. Your company stinks!!!!

Frances I am going through the same exact thing. I ordered product July 8th 2017 and I have yet to receive it. I asked for a supervisor and mysteriously none are available. So if you can give me some tips on how to resolve it that would be great. Then again if you can’t that’s ok I work across the street from channel 3 news and I will be more than happy to put this situation on the 6 and 11 pm news.
