I was helping with the design work of a big fundraiser for Juvenile Diabetes. Kids I know personally are sick with this disease and I was helping making banners, etc to help them. Well in advance, I designed and purchased banners from Vistaprint. I even paid for rush shipping to ensure I will have a week in advance.
First, your staff turned in the paperwork wrong and the package got lost. When I didn’t get it that Monday, I contacted them Tuesday to ask what happened. They said they lost it, without informing me, and then said they would do a new one and send it in time for my event that Saturday. I finally get my banner a week late and it’s seriously BLANK. Just a blank white banner. You are kidding me. Are you guys this sloppy? For something so important that you are so careless about. When I contacted Vistaprint, they were so nonchalant, so carefree about it and told me that they will send it a third time but it will show up by Tuesday. Now why would I need a banner, that I ordered weeks ago, the Tuesday after the Saturday event? Do you even use your brains or is this just how you treat people? Shame on you.
Ive asked to speak to a senior manager times. They told me they called and left a message. I never got a message, never a phone call. So not only are you guys sloppy and careless, but you are liars, also.
I had to go out and pay double the price for a banner last minute because of your endless mess ups. YOU should have to pay for my replacement banner that I had to purchase last minute from someone more reliable. That extra money I spent should be going to children with juvenile diabetes instead of making up for your awful mistakes.
I am a graphic designer and own my own company. Not only do I use you all the time, but I recommend you to many, many people. I will never do either of these things again. Shame on you and your company.
