I have tried multiple times to update my address & phone number to no avail. Now I can’t get into my account to pay on my line of credit because it keeps sending verification code to old phone number. I have sent requested pics of me holding notes with account information written & my DL & they still are saying I didn’t send everything & they can’t see my arm. This is RIDICULOUS!!!
I have been paying my bill to Upgrade which is current however, I cannot use the card due to my other credits accounts. I have paid on the accounts. I don’t understand why I cannot the Upgrade card since THIS account has been paid every month bt auto payment. I am retired and on a fixed income and I need the Upgrade card for daily necessities. I telephoned and written to Upgrade and I am told that I cannot use the card however, I continue to make payments. The card is needed and I am requesting options besides paying my bill on time to Upgrade to use the cards.

We have contacted you several times by phone and you have admitted to the mistake and promise to take care of it for months without results. I am at the end of my rope concerning this issue. The loans are in good standing but guess what I’m not paying them because the rightful person is. I will have no choice but to consult a lawyer and sue you.
