I ordered 2 tires an went the not having to leave my house. ASAP Mobile Tire Service arrived on time . the first thing that happened was the tech stripped out the only key for my wheel locks. After telling the guy a trick to remove the locks, he did not even mention the damage. I called ASAP and they said they would mail me a new set of wheel locks and would pay to have the rear locks removed. They never arrived. I emailed and was told that “senior management” said I need to go to the Kia dealer. They are Mcgard

I called in to order tires for two different sets of wheels (from the dealership NOT Tire Rack) that are 18″ replacing the OEM 16″ on my sons car. the voice message said I would be taken care of in less than 1 minute. CHAD answered the phone and was seemingly bored and didn’t even say hello. I explained the situation and he wanted to now a number on the tires that are already on my sons car…I explained I needed two get tires to match the new sets of wheels from the dealership and he just cold transferred me to Customer Service. The guy in custom service was rude and asked why I was transferred to him, I said “I didn’t know CHAD” was transferring. The new guy wanted my account info for the wheels I bought…I told him I did not get them from TR and he got rude and was just bitchy. Wanted to know why I was transferred to him. I asked to talk to a manger and was told to just call sales…then I asked for his name and he mumbled a curse word and hung on me. I have faithfully purchased from TR for over 15 years…this is how I get treated for throwing $$$ at you.
I hope someone else can help me an treat me like a “customer” and not a bother.

I have been waiting for Bilstein to release B6 products for my car. I kept in touch with Bilstein and once they told me their shipment arrived from Germany I reached out to Tire Rack to see how long until they would be in stock. Oscar rovided exemplary customer service by working with your Purchasing Agent and Bilstein and got back to me that even though not listed on your website he had arranged for Bilstein to ship to TR and then to me.
Oscar sets a customer service standard for others to follow.
