Hi, I’ve just watched Undercover Boss. I’m absolutely disgusted at the ‘scantily clad waitress’s’ uniform! Is this what brings the customers into the pubs? Personally, I find it degrading to women. Would the CEO like his daughter to work there as a server? No doubt there is an age limit too! No one over 30?
It certainly wouldn’t be allowed in the UK!!!

I was at your skokie il pub. They ran my debit card about 15 times and took out all my money. This is fraud. To top it off it was the day before thanksgiving. My thanksgiving was ruined. I have no money to do my holiday shopping on black Friday. When I contacted them they have no idea what went wrong and can not refund me anything until the charges go threw. Offered me no type of compensation and talk to me like I’m the asshole. You should really look into who is being hire. If my money is not refunded I will pursue criminal charges.

Been trying different tilted kilt location since my local one in Chicago Ridge Illinois closed abruptly a few years back, the Joliet Illinois location was good until they closed abruptly in January of this year. I have tried the Oakbrook Illinois one very disappointed I was the only person in there at the time and it must’ve taken 20 minutes just to get a drink, then I tried the Bolingbrook Illinois location and very pleased with it.

I always go to the kilt in chino CA. Every time the manager named Morgan works she will not unlock the patio door so you can go out to talk on phone or whatever even if the weather is nice other regulars I talk to say the same thing if you ask her she says quit complaining , help

To whom it may concern, I have been sitting at your location at Fox Valley mall in Aurora il for 45min now and I am very disappointed in the level of quality this location provides. There are 12 taps of beer that are out and looks like they have been dry for a while. I gave up on ordering food here because they are out of what I want to eat. What type of business are you aiming to provide here? Reading thru your website is realize that all your locations are franchised. Do you have any standards for your franchisees or do you allow them to run their location like a dive bar?
I frequent other locations and see the standard they have, but for this location that is closest to me, I’d like for you to give me a legitimate reason to come back. I am not asking for
apologizes or silly discount coupons. The worst thing to see is an apologetic server that deserves to be happy and make a decent wage. I am one of a few regulars that are left coming to this place. We all agree that corporate needs to do something about this. Step up! Instead of hiding behind the faces of your servers. Do your job and let them do theirs.

    Very angry regular
