I have tried various ways to contact someone about an order but no one will answer the phone, return our calls , or return ANY of our messages. My husband and I purchased a beauty and beast figurine around October 26 2017. We have not seen any update on shipment and can’t get a living soul to give us a reason why something we paid $100 for is not here. I am considering a complaint with the better business bureau. I don’t know what else to do. I’m warning others not to order because there is no way to find out what happened in a situation like this. My number is 910-770-XXXXX.
