My husband, Curt Ditterick, was contacted by your company in October after they saw his resume on the website Indeed. He spoke with Loretta Reid (Sr. Talent Adviser) who set up an interview. Eric Wiley flew to Grand Forks, ND to do the interview.
Curt was offered the job (mobile field mechanic Bismarck, ND) and was set to start training January 1st. Today (Dec 6th) with no other warning, Curt received a call from Loretta Reid telling him that they were rescinding the job offer because “they needed someone right away” so they hired a man last week. My husband is devastated! he counted on this position and has already put in notice at his current job.
How can your company treat people like this and expect to have a good reputation?
Your hiring practices are unscrupulous and dishonest.
I’m considering sharing this experience on social media to warn others who want to apply at your company, or do business with you.
