I need to talk to someone in the corp. office about one of there products that keeps breaking.
The Star Shower “Motion” lights that I bought are activated by darkness . I imagine that most people like the motion aspect of the stars dancing around on the house. However every morning when they go off with the sun they automatically turn off the motion aspect and revert back to the stationary setting. Then you have to go out and manually press the motion activator button again, and again the next day and every day in order to get them to move around.This is not only inconvenient but impractical for the times that you are not home to do that.
I have ordered Hot shaper 2 months back with size XXL for which we received the parcel after almost 1 month of follow up which was again wrong. I want my money back but this company are least bothered nor they have an replacement from last 1 month to offer
Who is the care taker to such customer grievance. Location Mumbai India
I will wait for more this week or else will file a case in consumer court against such fraud company

I had bought one of your product Ab rocket twister and the device turned out to be faulty and I had notified the concerns the very first day but now its more than a week but the representatives are not replacing the machines. this is the kind of response telebrand representatives give to the customer. Where can I find a Hurricane 360 spin mop replacement handle? Although I was following the Instruction Guide that came with the Mop, the mop head snapped where it connects to the handle – I can’t seem to find a replacement handle. I don’t need the bucket, just the mop. Appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thanks
