The Ship2Home program allows customers to purchase items at one store and have them shipped to their home or another location at no charge. The return policy for the company is that all returns or exchanges must be performed within 60 days with the original box and receipt and shoes must be unworn.
In March 2023, the company opened a new location in Monroe, Louisiana.
