Napa Auto Parts operates as a subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company, which purchased Napa in 2013.
Currently, the company has more than 6,000 stores in the U.S. and 5,100 stores in Canada. The company also operates 15,000 repair and service locations under the name Napa Autocare.
Repair facilities also have locations in Mexico, Latin America, Canada, and the Carribean. The company sells automotive replacement and service parts for cars, trucks, motorcycles, and some off-road vehicles, such as ATV’s.
Napa Auto Parts is an official sponsor of NASCAR, the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Falcons, as well as Mexico’s National Football (soccer) League.
In May 2023, NAPA announced the opening of its largest store ever in Milton, New York.
