Chopt Creative Salad Restaurant was founded in 2001 in New York City, New York, by current CEO and co-owner Nicholas Marsh. The company operates a chain of restaurants that mainly serve salads as a main course.
The company is different in that it serves salads or “salad wraps” as the main course. No refined sugars are used in the restaurant’s dressings, bur agave nectar and honey are used as replacements.
