You have some serious issues at your flower mound location. We place 2_to go orders from your flower mound location and we have no complaints.
We places a to go order Sat and when we got back to the office we had someone else’s order.
We called Sunday morning and talked to a manager by the name of Jared he asked me what the order was and I wasn’t with my office mgr when she placed it
He apologized for what happened and said next time your here ask for Jared and I’ll be happy to replace your tacos
About an hour later wee walked in and ordered 6 tacos he said we looked for your order and couldn’t find it we can’t do anything for you
How could he look for an ord3r wh3n we never gavevit to him.
He then asked for a receipt if he would have asked Ida ran by the office and got it
I then offered to pay for the order and bring my receipt tommorow and let him refund it hesaid that’s not the way we ope4ate I said I have a enough money to buy this restaurant and your testing my integrity over 6 tacos…He said then buy the restaurant and get rid of me we can’t do anything for you
