My wife and I ate at the store in Corsicana Texas. We’ve eaten there once and the food was averaged at best, the waiting time was ridiculously long and they weren’t friendly at all. After seeing your ads on TV for the new Carne Asada, we thought oh what the heck we give y’all another try, it was 4 o’clock in the afternoon no one in the store and we had to ask for somebody to come out of the back to wait on us. Obviously, she has not been trained or is mad at the world. We received the food and it was cold tortillas were tough. There wasn’t enough meat in the bottom of the taco to cover the bottom. They don’t even say thank you. It must’ve been 65° in there. I don’t know if taco Bueno corporate have Management to come out to the stores and train follow up, etc.. After reading all of the reviews online and not just on this store, but others, it won’t be long till you’re all gonna be in bankruptcy.

I’m wanting to let y’all know I’ve been having a hard time getting a response from y’all’s corporate office! No one has returned my calls. Me and my husband went into taco bueno on July 19 to have dinner we both ordered a beef chilada platter and we went to sit and eat and I had taken a bite out of the beans then when I went to take a bite out of the chilada I found a DEAD fly in my cheese and we were totally disgusted! We both took our dinners back up to the counter and demanded our money back and the manager that was on duty refused to give me my money back even after me showing her what I found then after me telling her over and over she told me she would refund it back to me which never happened my bank acct does not show a refund of $15.57 nor did she apologize I’m wanting my money back and wanting the manager fired!!!!!! The stores number is #3244 in Princeton Texas I would hope I hear something from y’all because if not I will go to the news people!! I’m so mad that no one has returned any of my calls!!! So I hope y’all do!! I will never eat there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My ticket number is #379 and it was at 8:30 pm on Wednesday.

I’d like to know why nobody returns phone calls when there’s a legitimate complaint at one of your stores. My wife and I went to the store in Princeton Texas couple weeks ago only to find flies in our cheese sauce, demanding our money back, the manager wanted to argue with us, much less give us apology, and failed to credit our money back to us. The store in Princeton has a numerous issues since y’all first opened, it would be nice to get a reply of some sort, lest we take it to the next level, I doubt y’all would like that type of publicity.
