Sun Communities was founded in 1975 by Dr. Milton Shiffman. Shiffman began investing in real estate in 1964.     Yes my name is Patricia Bruce and I am not happy with the running of Wyndham Hills in Jackson Michigan I’m tired all these hidden fees I complained on it once before and I’m tired of these fees I pay everything off then I get told that I owe another $10 money order fee with I just paid $9.28 that I owed plus a $10 money order fee I think that is ridiculous it’s not our fault once we turn in our money to pay our lot rent and get told there’s another $10 money order fee tried to tell them that I put that in with my rent in I just paid another $20 for the money order fee and what I owed and then get told that I owe another $10 this fee is ridiculous it should be our choice how we want to pay all out rent we should not have to pay that $10 fee cuz it’s not our responsibility to pay once we drop that money order off or a cashier’s check it’s your responsibility we should not be able to be charged at $10 fee I just had it out with the park manager something needs to be done
