So far my projected Bill it’s $21. Currently I’m at $9.71. I’m just trying to figure out why my bill was over $200 last month. We don’t spend a lot of gas but the bill is four times if not five times the amount it was a few months ago. I don’t have $3000 a year to spend on over paying for gas. Some people can’t even save Two or $3000 a year let alone give it away to the gas company for no reason. Can you please explain why the bill has quadrupled?

On March 20 2019 I received a weekly track stating saying 24 days have elapsed $64.53 bill to date . with 6 days left Projected bill for April would be $81.71.
My April bill came in at $145.69 .
Explain this please !!!! This does not make sense!!!!
The bill for march said I only payed $1 hundred something When indeed I Payed $2 hundred something .. what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am totally in agreement with the people who are speaking out against the SoCalGas. What happened to this company? I worked for SCE and it still is the best utility in California!! I am stuck with SDG&E now and they are outrageously expensive.
We have a small home; I am 80 years old. I keep getting notices that we use too much natural gas. So, for 3 days I put the heat range as suggested by the notice: 68 degrees! After 2 days, I got really sick even though I wore 2 sweat outfits and 3 pairs of socks, including boots. I am now very sick because I cannot handle the cold. So I have been in bed for new Years Eve and now New year’s Day. Temperature included. I would like a response from SoCalGas that is positive! I am tired of wearing sweats, at least 2 pair of socks, flannels, extra covers so I don’t get sicker!! I am not young but I do work out and am in better shape that most people my age. I will be printing out the threats I get from the SoCalGas Co and sending them to the CPUC.
My gas bill has gone up double!! So I am paying for it in this tiny house.

Bert LaneHi ,I would like to know why your people are rude and will not give out the corporate phone number to their higher ups so complaints can be made by customers to their superior’s on why they can not do their jobs. I am sick and tired of being over billed by you people you have been told to take us off direct pay and send us a bill in the mail. You have sent us the bill we paid it and then you billed our account again for the same amount again? what are you people stupid?. We have went on the computer and canceled the direct billing 3 times what does it take? and speaking to real people does not seem to work either, so what do I have to do sue your company! or come down to your offices and picket with the news to get some one to do their job their.?????? and then your people will not return a call to confirm they got the message. I just picked up a new job. My wife is disabled. The gas company sends me a 92.00 bill due that day or they will shut us off. i call to inform them that i wont have any money till the first and at that time will fully pay the bill. Now my wife has to have hot water or she has issues and by the way its the 26th of the month. So after getting told they have no record of the doctors paperwork we submitted but unless i pay 28 dollars they will shut us off. So i asked if i could pay the full balance again on the first and was refused because of the system i was told, Yet last year they were more than willing to help us with arrangements for a much higher amount. Now not only do they obviously not care about a disabled person but they are going to cause my wife issues with her disability. So they flat lose the paperwork we had to get and send to them proving it but now they could care less for a disability over less than a hundred dollars. We have no one to borrow from and im willing to pay the full balance on the first. Im going to copy paste this to the media outlets as this is flat unreasonable and cruel. And i was informed it would be recorded as well. Wonder whats going to happen to the audio?

Hi my name is Larry Metoyer account # 17162420941. On March 9, 2017 I called Southern California gas company because my gas was turned off, Being a new customer I wasn’t sure why so I requested that they send someone out to check. The same day when your employee arrived, he disassembled the gas meter and realized nothing was going through the line. I looked on my home surveillance system and noticed that the gas company was in the area on March 4, 2017 working at my neighbor home. Your employee said that my gas could have mistakenly been turned off while they were replacing my neighbor gas line. So he immediately requested the construction dept. come out and replace the line. They came out the following morning March 10, 2017 at 8am. While repairing my gas line they informed me that my homes foundation had to be broken in order to replace the gas line and that someone would be out to replace the concrete on the side of my house. After a week past with no one showing up I began to call the gas company. The first time I was promised that I would get a call back in a few days, that did not happen. Two weeks later, I called in and was told that a supervisor would return my call within an hour, never to receive a call. My next call was a month later, this time I spoke with a lady who informed me that my request were sent every time to the construction dept. but for some reason they are not receiving the messages. This made no sense but she stated that give it two weeks and she would return my call with an update. STILL NO RETURN CALL!
I am writing your corporate office because I really would like to resolve this issue without legal action. I’ve tried reaching out numerous times to resolve issue. My bill is all messed up and when I tried to get clearance on it? I waited, only to be told, the system was down . Well somebody needs to give me some straight answers and email me or call me anout why my bill is so high? When I wad told it was only $60.86, but I received a bill today tin small letters an amount fkr $236.87.A long way from $60.86.I will file a cimplaint ot turn it into my boss,@BBB if nibody ckntacts me and tell me why it jumped so high, since November.
