Seasons 52 was founded in 2003 and is a subsidiary of the Darden Restaurant group. The company has 43 locations in 17 states.
This restaurant chain is different from most others as it changes its menu with each season, offering food items that are currently “in season”. Their master wine sommelier, George Miliotes, travels personally to different vineyards to choose wines for the upcoming season. The company menu usually offers more than 100 different types of wine at any given time.
Seasons 52 was recently the target of a federal lawsuit in early 2015, which claimed that the chain practiced age discrimination when hiring. The company has denied all allegations.
Seasons 52 was my favorite spot and I frequented it 4-5 times per week until they took the meatballs off of the menu. I went less frequently after the meatballs and then shrimp appetizers was removed. Next they took away the rewards program and now they have taken away Happy Hour. I can’t think of a better way to tell your customers that you don’t give a rip about them. It’s very sad because all of the servers I spoke with said everybody loved the meatballs and asks for them to come back. What gives?
I have dined at several of your Seasons 52 restaurants. Love the food ambienance, and the service. A few years ago I wrote and requested that you open a Seasons in Myrtle Beach, SC. At that time, you responded that it was not an option.
Please bring Seasons to the Myrtle Beach area. I believe that the restaurant would be welcomed and well supported by the community.
Thank you
Why are you serving nuked, frozen spicy cauliflower? Shame on you! Won’t be back!
Season’s 52 has removed all ground meat selections from their Dallas Restaurant! This is a huge mistake….. we were disappointed to find short ribs, meatloaf sliders and meatballs were no longer available! This is Texas and we like our meat. Please reconsider your decision. As A fan of your restaurant I want to continue patronizing it, but limiting your options limits my option to do so!
Seriously, the meatballs were our main draw, we were at Seasons 52 for happy hour and dinner more than we were home. Now we hardly every go. Really bad decision to take the most popular appetizer item off the menu. The servers all said so many people have complained about them being taken off here in Naples FL so it’s not just Texas.
My girlfriend has recently started working at the KOP location, and tells me stories that on every shift, the culture among the employees is extremely sexually charged. Many comments about her ‘being on her knees’ all of the time when she is emptying the dishwasher, if she wants back rubs, if she would want to be a prostitute. Employees saying that they fantasize about each other when they are having sex with their partners, etc. The list goes on and on, and she’s been there just a very short time. I am a former HR manager, and I know how highly inappropriate this is, and is sexual harassment. This culture needs to change asap, or I will escalate. She fears her employment will face retribution if she complains.
