I was told I can come back to school after being displaced by hurricane ida, now when I tried to go back, they telling me I can’t and I have to pay a balance. Which would be the same balance I have to pay once I’m finished. It makes no sense..

I am a veteran using my rehabilitation benefits. The VA has already paid for my schooling, however now no one seems to have the slightest clue on a start date. I fought hard to get my VA benefits submitted, now I’m forgot about! I was told the 28th and showed up today and everyone was dumb founded. Trying to get an idea on a start date is like asking a monkey the answer to a math problem!

A class action lawsuit need to be made to Roadmaster for not Properly training students while we pay 10 grand for a CDL through the school and making learn extreme expedited pace and fail You if you do not know what you’re doing still take your money and drop you from the school I think their techniques on teaching students would high numbers of students assigned to a trainer is very inappropriate unethical and an accurate I need more trainers more trucks And more proper training techniques this is a student from Californa training school out of Fontana California

I want to sue, and I’m looking into finding an attorney. I went to Savannah , Ga location and I dealt with the same thing. I also so called passed my test but now they saying I have to take the entire test over because after finishing their course and failed the test I went to DMV to try again because it would be 2 1/2 weeks to get a testing date because the examiner was out. Failed again. Took the test at Roadmaster again failed it and again I had to wait but by that time my permit was expiring instructor would be out again for over a week. I renewed my permit took my test and finally passed. While at the DMV I received a phone call from Roadmaster saying I had to retake the entire test all over because when I went to another facility it voided out everything I had previously done with them. When I asked for a written policy they could not provide it. So now I’m researching this matter and then I’m finding a lawyer. Their training stinks because you may not get in the vehicle 1 maybe 2xs an entire 9hrs while in school. Roadmaster is a joke

Good Day, 06wd – as you know there have been complaints regarding instructor interaction with students. Last Wed during a night driving activity I was verbally assaulted by one of your instructors. During which after he apologized several times and then went on to ask me how he could improve his teaching skills. At that point I wanted no further dialog and tried to just get through the nights drive. The next afternoon I told him that his verbal assault took my spirit and I lost all my confidence. this same instructor insulted me in front of other classmates when I asked a question regarding trailer height during a preinspection review. He later stated that he asked on of the senior instructors about my question and laughed off the answer there is probably a requirement that describes it. I looked it up and told him 48 to 52 inches where he replied so rather indignantly. Further more another instructor became overly direct with me as well. And during training made me wait for him to address me until he was finished with a non work related conversation. I am paying for this class and I will not accept this kind of treatment of any kind regardless.
Further more the there was a period where many students were choosing to go to the automatic CDL instead of the manual. And comments were made as to shame the students who were going to the automatic during every morning and afternoon brief. that has stopped since now there are a larger number of students going to automatics
I am really disappointed in the attitude of the entire training department top down. It is rediculus that a paying customer should have been treated so badly.
This appears to be a systemic issue with this division.
I would like feedback on this matter.

I currently attending Roadmaster in Orlando it just doesn’t seem that classes are moving along in the right manner classes are overlapping classes and you don’t have enough time for your Maneuvers then you move forward for the state examination and you fail that means another class is laying on top of another class we need to be given the right amount of time for the Maneuvers so that we can pass the state exam and go to work
