Dear Regal Movie Theater,
Last night September 3rd My Roommate and I decided to visit Edward theater in Fairfield, California to watch the movie Fall. When we arrived we arrived a little bit early so we decided to wait outside the movie theater. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage. When it was time to go inside we found our seats in Theater 2 row H seats 5 and 6 to be exact. The movie theater was disgusting, it was not clean from the previous showing. There was popcorn on the seats. Soda left in each row. I had to move a soda cup so I could sit comfortably. Again the trash can outside the movie theater 2 was overflowing. Popcorn outside the concession stand was all over. It looks like Edward theater does not take pride or ownership of cleaning it’s theater. Its sad and pathetic. Also not to mention the 3 teenage boys drinking alcohol in the theater and then throwing the bottle from the very top of the theater stairs disturbing others. So much for assigned seating because I believe they did not even have a purchased ticket to movie. Not only once but twice. The first time they did it to see how far they could get get the bottle, the second time they did it they broke the bottle then left the bottle there where they broke the bottle and shattered the glass. Then they kept getting up and walked to the front of the movie theater and kept going behind the screen with their cellphones with the flash and kept messing with the screens. It was disturbing and distracting to all people who were there to watch the movie. Also one last thing to mention the burnt out lights in the movie theater as well. It seems like you also don’t care that your lights are out as well. Overall you need to take more pride and care into you movie theater.

I have been with the Regal Crown Club for more than two years and for more than a year with the Unlimited subscription. I still do not understand why is promoted to $ 18 a month, because I ended up paying always $ 22 before tax. I declined the membership in December 2021 for personal matters only, with the plan to come back and get it back in February 2022; but I have been trying unsuccessfully since then. Every time I got to the final screen on my phone I can’t continue for some reason. I’ve tried restarting the phone, reinstalling the app, etc, and more disappointing is that the answers from the Customer Services department have shown to be no regard for the customer.

I went to the Regal Edwards Camarillo Palace in Camarillo, CA yesterday with my wife. We have been going there regularly for a few years. We have always enjoyed our experience. However, since November we have noticed a serious decline in service at that theater. For the two of us we paid $45 for the movie, two small popcorn and one large drink. OK, wow insane prices but that’s not the issue. The theater decided to stop providing lids for the drink a couple of months ago. We asked the people working there to reconsider that policy but we were met with apathy.
The lack of a lid creates instability when handing it. Twenty minutes into the movie my wife’s drink spilled into her lap. Needless to say she missed 15 minutes of the move because she had to go clean herself up.
You know, we really don’t mind paying inflated prices to see a movie on a big screen in comfort, but why would you reduce the quality of the experience? We go to this theater at least once a month, now we will have to go elsewhere.
Not very good business practice since we are generally the only people going to movies anymore. You lost our business for a $0.01 drink lid. Congratulations.

There seemed to be a glitch with the system when purchasing tickets on December 17 for the new Spiderman movie. The system kept bumping me out but kept taking my money. I wanted to purchase tickets and it ended up charging me three times that. I contacted the local theater and they said if I got there before the matinee started I would get my money back. FALSE. They gave me credit for one set of tickets and still owe me for another. I called and they gave me corporates number which is a dead end. The number doesn’t get you anywhere. There is no way to get a hold of corporate and the local theater cannot help me. David is right they are THIEVES!~!!!!!!! I am filing a complaint with my credit card company who can go after them for the unauthorized charges. Regal is unethical in their corporate customer services.
David says
THIEVES!!!! Regal’s website allowed 2 charges to process for my credit card. That was an extra $105. OUCH! No people to talk to. No return message. No chat system. No nothing. All dead ends.
If I have zero recourse with, REGAL is essentially a bunch of THIEVES and they have STOLEN my money.
If not resolved ASAP I will unleash 105 social posts about Regal’s business practices… One for every dollar you stole. You have 1 week. My youngest daughter thar is s texas concealed license carrier recently took my grandson the the theater in Tomball texas. She walked in with a purse and they told her they would have to search her purse for weapons. Naturally she had a handgun. So she had to take her gun to the car and return only to be searched a second time. It was my grandsons birthday and he is so confused now. My daughter says she saw no sign saying a licensed handgun carrier can’t bring a weapon in. I’m no lawyer but sounds like an illegal search. Total stupid idiots. So the person that wants to harm folks will hide his gun in his pants but the law abiding citizen that can stop an active shooter gets searched

I have been having issues with processing a payment for my unlimited pass. I get an error message “payment unsuccessful.” I contacted the credit card and it’s good to use. I even tried entering a different card and I get the same error message. I have probably sent about 20 emails over the last month asking a supervisor to resolve the issue, run the card, give me credit, or contact me directly. I just want to be able to use the pass for all the good movies that are out or cancel the subscription so I can restart it. I was told there was a glitch in the app 1 week ago and it would be fixed in 48 hours. It is a week later and it’s still not fixed and I keep getting emails that it has been fixed. I wouldn’t waste my time sending an email if the issue was fixed. Please help so I can use my pass. Thank you.

I have overheard something about the Waco location. Their top manager, Mr. Munson, forced employees to work on a broken butter machine. The employees have had no engineering experience. He would get on them for His Job he should do. In fact the staff have no idea what he does. He pished responsibilities onto lesser managers. This is a good example if how Regal tries to get their employees to kill themselves.

I live close to Regal16 theater in New Albany, IN. People are now having to stand in long lines in the concessions line just to buy tickets! Corporate decisions aren’t the best. Everyone in the area is complaining about it! I’m elderly & can’t stand in long, ridiculous lines just to buy a movie ticket! Open up your ticket line again! Whomever had this brainstorm needs to rethink it. No wonder movie sales are down! Some of us can’t wait in line 35 to 60 minutes just to buy a ticket waiting for others to get concessions too! This REALLY needs to be addressed! -Pamels Robinson-

I would like to share our experience today. We arrived at the Regal Cinema in HENRICO VA IN approximately 30 minutes before the movie started. Typically would have more than enough time. When we get there we find out that we no longer just walk up and buy a ticket and walk into our movie. We must wait in a line with about 20 people in front of us. If you have a handicap or are elderly, you may have a problem with waiting and standing for 30 minutes. The manager was very rude. I am a 71 year old woman He shouted at me.If this is your new way of doing business its not working. You are going to miss part of the Movie because you are standing in line. I don’t know about all you other Movie people out there. Regal is not working for me any more.I am not giving anybody my hard earned money so they can abuse me. I never plan to go back. I have been going to Regal 14, in Killeen Tx for 6 plus years. I am African American. On Sunday Nov 3 my wife and my 2 grands went to see a Movie. The attendant that was on staff was rude and dismissive. His behavior and response to use was indicative of someone with racial bias. The exact poor service rendered to us, was also rendered to an Hispanic family that preceded us. Over the years my interactions with this young man has not been professional courtesy. It shows with his smug and cocky demeanor. On this occasion, I complained to the manager. I told her I wanted to make a formal complaint against Travis Flores, the attendant on duty. His response to me was that I was blowing the situation out of proportion. My response to him was you can never blow racial bias out of proportion when its in action. While customers were waiting in line, he continued to argue with me. Going on to specify that he was not white, as a way to surmise that he could not possibly have racial biases. I cant read this young mans mind. But, I can observe and note his behavior. After retiring from a service oriented industry with 32 years, I am sure that you have guidelines that are in place to inhibit these types of customer experiences.

You have to do something about Regal Union Square Cinema in NYC. On October 12, four of us just finished dinner at the Strip House, packed up a doggy bag of the remaining steak, and headed over for a movie. We were stopped by the ticket taker who yelled out “No outside Food” We almost laughed and calmly explained it was leftover steak from dinner. Another employee jumped in gleefully announcing “No outside food” They just kept repeating the same line. No basic logic would help – we explained we just had dinner and weren’t about to all stick our hands in the bag and finish off the remaining steak with our hands. I asked to speak to a manager – assuming that common sense would arrive. Instead the manager (Ericcson) was even more rude proclaiming “No outside food”. We even explained we would be buying candy – it didn’t help, there was no way to reason with the manager or staff. They just kept repeating “no outside food”. I understand the need for a policy but you have to use your head. What made it worse was the staff was excited about turning us away, as if preventing us from seeing a movie was the highlight of the evening. Team was incredibly rude – we asked for (and received) a refund. Easy enough to just go to a different theater a few blocks away and had no problems. Cant believe Regal wants to lose money by turning away guests. They refunded our $78 and lost the $25-$30 we would have spent at the concessions stand. Would suggest taking a look at how much money this theater is losing by having the staff bar guests from entering. Check out Yelp – yelp.com/biz/regal-union-square-screenx-and-4dx-new-york — many guests are having the same problem. Why does a business actually want to prevent people from attending and spending money. Please review this theaters policy

Sacramento, CA Delta shores circle 1413 Regal Cinemas// ex-employee: For anyone seeing this, never go here. This Theatre is so completely understaffed the manager is hiring groups of 6 people it seemed a month. So many people quit/ got fired for doing things they weren’t told they shouldn’t do, doing things they weren’t trained for, and having 2 week old employees training 2 day old employees (that is how understaffed it was). One assistant manager I was working with smoked a wax pen (basically got high on job) in the break room with a coworker while 4 people( including me) were sitting right next them and breathing it in. They also bought a USED POPCORN MACHINE which I wouldn’t have a problem with BUT IT POPS OIL AT THE EMPLOYEES. BOTH POPPERS ARE BROKEN AND POP OIL AT EMPLOYEES. They acknowledge the machine is broken and while I worked there they only attempted to fix the right side popper ONCE. I have a scar on my hand from 500 degree hot oil burning me, and I also have a scar under my right eye from it burning me. When I asked someone to cover my register they all looked at me dumbfounded like me getting burnt by a 500 degree oil was not worthy enough of walking away from my register to get burn cream. Also, the theatres concession area is extremely small. I’ve seen customers complain physically and in reviews about this and how they feel bad for employees because there is no space (not anybody’s fault except building issues but it does not help in general). There is also SO many employees that are completely favorites, and are the “angels that do no harm”. As regal has a no piercings policy, there were a plethora of people that work there without FULL FACE of piercings, I’m talking double nose rings and full ears, etc. I have one facial piercing, my right side of my nose, which I always took out minus the time i didn’t have the money to get a piercing retainer (protects and hides piercings) and I was IMMEDIATELY called out for my one nose ring while I’m STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO A GIRL WITH A FULL FACE OF PIERCINGS. I was in the wrong for the single piercing, but I find it highly discriminatory to be called out for a ONE AND ONLY SIMPLE NOSE RING while the the girl I stood next too had a full face of piercings. I don’t understand the favoritism of employees at this theatre. There’s never anyone at guest services and at that, managers are the only ones allowed to be doing guest services, yet here they have 2 certain employees that do guest services that ARE NOT managers. I’m at a loss of words for the stuff that goes on here and how you all get away with it. When Charles (someone from corporate) came to check out the theatre, everything was set up like it’s supposed to be, but once he leaves there are no line placements for concessions, everything is a mess. I worked for a total of 3 months and I don’t even want to go back here to watch a movie. When I sent my address for my final check, the manager put my address wrong and said it wasn’t the one on file”. I looked back at the email I sent and it was the complete right address and zip code etc. She didn’t even double check the address before giving someone there money?!?! I was in Oregon and could not get my final check for 3 weeks because of her total ignorance of someone’s livelihood. This theatre is always dirty because of the understaffing, she replaces more then she keeps. Please stay away from this theatre as far as you can.

How did we know? No one is in the theatre and it should be getting ready to start. (at the other end of the 16 theatre hallway) So we go back out and find out what theatre the movie is supposed to be in. Then as we are watching the movie, the lights NEVER dim. We watch the whole movie with the lights on. Don’t get me wrong, I did go out and tell them but they said it’s illegal for them to turn out the lights. Other movies in that theatre did have their lights dimmed or out. The problem is they only had 3 people working in this huge theatre. Ridiculous! We have a movie theatre in our own town but have always liked this one. We’ll support our own theatre going forward.

The Regal Movie Theater in Florence, SC has got to be one of the very worst! Just about every time we go, something happens to make it a bad experience. Every time I think it couldn’t possibly get worse, it does. Today we went to see a movie that started at 1:15. To our surprise, there was no one at the ticket window. Apparently they are now selling tickets inside the theater at the concession stand. Right off the bat, this seems like a bad idea. Apparently now you not only have to wait for someone to buy a ticket, you also have to wait for them to make their food and drink purchases. So we go inside and to our surprise there is a line with about 50 – 75 people waiting to buy tickets. Turns out, they were waiting to buy tickets to see Downton Abbey – not the current one showing but buying tickets for the 4:00 showing! So I asked if it were possible for us to go ahead and get our tickets for the show we had come to see that was just about ready to start. The person at the counter said no – that we had to wait in line. Also, she said that if we didn’t like it, we could contact the corporate office and complain. I said in that case, we would just leave – I mean, by the time we would have been able to get a ticket, it would have been at least 30 minutes into the movie. Her response was (and I quote) “whatever”. Really? Fantastic customer service! So we have decided that we will not go back to that theater ever. There is an AMC theater in a nearby town that we plan to go to. It’ll definitely be worth the 20 minute drive. So long, Regal … and good riddance!

My wife and I enjoy moves and typically go to the theater about twice a month. When we found the Warren Theater in Moore Oklahoma, it was the best theater experience we’d ever had. Unfortunately, the Warren is no longer, since Regal took over management. We tried to make it work, and then they dumbed down the menu. A compliant to the waitress in the “Balcony” resulted in her agreement; she said that she heard complaints about the food and service in general, many times each shift. In the OKC proper, we have many mediocre theaters, and we had the Warren. Now, we only have mediocre theaters. It is very unfortunate that such a great idea, which worked for many years, was doomed to mediocrity. I would have gladly paid a bit more for the old Warren & the excellent menu.

First I would like to say thank you so much to Shehzad, for all of his assistance that he gave me. FIRST of all we (My husband and I) attending the movies on Tuesday August 27, the movie was great, BUT due to it being so HOT in the theater I along with other in the theater were very uncomfortable and sweating. I first ask if anyone else was hot, the response was YES, so I walked out to ask for them to PLEASE have the air turned on, well this never happened. After the movie spoke with Jessica (the manager) and was told that Christopher (the other manager said that he handled the matter) WHICH HE DID NOT. SO I call your corporate office and after some time was able to speak with SHEHZAD. He listened and was very helpful. the manager in the movie need to listen and follow through.

Just wondering what is going on with the Auburn, CA location. They are selling tickets at the snack bar instead of the ticket booth. The “receipts” only show a receipt for the ticket and do not give the balance on earned points, etc. We don’t even know if we accrued points today even though we offered our phone number linked to our account (however, when we bought food separately, we were not asked either and we forgot to tell them our phone number). The signage is covered up at the entrance to each side of the theater showing which movies are on each side, as well as the signage for each movie at the entrance to each theater. Is this location closing? Hopefully not! I hope someone will get back to me and update me to what is going on. Thank you in advance.

Do you realize the social problems that is being created with this film. If you substitute “Deplorables” with any ethnicity or religion it is still unacceptable! Are you going to wait for someone to get hurt or killed because of their beliefs? It only takes one person who wants “15 minutes of fame” or someone unstable to use the ideas you promote in this movie.

So now we can’t go to unlimited shows as we had planed! And then I was told that I couldn’t get a refund! To be honest if you could give me a card for a year pass, I would pay another $231.12,Because I like the deal you’re offering! Or just return my $231.12; we will still be going to some of your movies, but sadly not as many! Or if your you could allow 2 people to use the same phone that would work! This is in regard to the proposed yearly pass for Regal Theaters. I am an avid movergoer and already have the AMC monthly pass (this is deducted automatically from my account once a month). Your pass is exciting for me with one exception. I have heard that you will require payment for 1 year in advance. I think you are missing the mark on this. Not too many people will want to pay $500 for 2 passes up front (myself included). I hope you will reconsider this approach.

For years, I have enjoyed the ability to accompany my Down Syndrome daughter on a companion pass. I am a single parent and it’s been a great help to my tight budget. I could never send her into the theater alone, of course, so I have to go with her.
At my visit to the Ocala, Florida, theater yesterday, I was told the company only allows state-paid companions to accompany disabled individuals on a companion pass. Thanks a lot. Why would I ever want to go to see an animated film, except to accompany my daughter?
The other problem I encountered was having to choose seat assignments twice. When did that start? We’re not flying to California! We’re simply trying to have a relaxing day at a movie house. Now we have to stand in a long line while people make up their minds where they want to sit, then, as a companion (but no longer allowed) I had to stand in a second line inside. The process takes so long, my daughter, who has a vision problem, ends up going into the theater in the dark, though we came early, believing we had enough time.
When I asked about this seat selection process, I was told it’s because people try to sneak in and see more than one movie on a single pass. Do you know how often that happens? Yet, for a few “thieves” the rest of your clientele is inconvenienced.
With Netflix and Pureflix and other possibilities for entertainment at home, as people get more disgusted with the way Regal is running things, they’ll either go to a budget theater or they’ll stay home and enjoy the films at their own leisure.
Your “thinkers” have accomplished only one thing. You’re going to lose business, and going out to the movies will soon become an activity of the past.

Thanks for building the brand new UA/Regal Stonestown 11 Cinemas now going up in San Francisco CA. A welcome change from the old twin now near by. Please put in some large curved screens and some color lighting. Cineworld needs to bring back some SHOWMANSHIP to SF thetares. While you will never do title curtains anymore with color lights on the drapes at least give us some 4DX and Screen X auditoriums in the new build. Please don’t make each space tiny, the larger the curved screen the better. At least this new spot will have plenty of free parking. Thanks Terry SF CA.

I just wanted to say Regal cinemas 12 in Williamsburg, VA is very discriminating because I use to work there and I left in 2013 for personal reason, and I tried to get hire back, and even the head people said I was able to be Rehired but Derick Harmon, and the other managers there treat me like I never worked there and I wasn’t loyal to them for 7 years, and the new general manager needs to learn to stop promising someone something if you don’t want to hire someone you just need to say it and stop getting people hopes up for nothing.

Today I made an advanced ticket purchase to see Toy Story 4 on Saturday 22 June. I rarely go to the movies, and I was appalled to see this organization charged me over $14 for a senior citizen ‘discount price.’ What they charged me was 60% higher than the national average of $9. I then read an online article in which the then CEO stated they were ‘testing’ a pricing structure (to screw customers) that charges higher ticket prices for popular films, because attendance numbers were low the previous year. Theaters already scalp customers with obscene prices for food and drink, and now they think customers will tolerate this latest extortion? I am on a fixed budget, and I guarantee Regal Entertainment that this is the last movie I will attend. Do you really think scalping ticket prices will get more seats filled? Not a chance – I look forward to this company filing for Chapter 11 again.

I find it unacceptable that your customer service denied me a refund after I sent an email to express my concern about the inedible hotdog I received after my movie and expressed I should have addressed it at the time of purchase when I took it home to enjoy. I should not have been dismissed regarding the poor quality of the food I received and denied a refund. I feel I paid for a service that should hold its value regardless of when it was purchased and Regal should respect its customers and assist with satisfying their customers.

Hi – I am a Regal Crown Club holder for many years now – and a snowbird from Canada – we spend 3 – 4 mos a year in Palm Springs Ca. and love to go to Regal Cinemas – this year the movies were not so great for us as seniors however we did see some good ones. In view of this my card no. is 0000021207913 Frank Deturse – with 14,430 pts. since we don’t eat popcorn or dink fountain drinks etc. we thought we could redeem our points for the various gifts you have listed. So I emailed Regal and was told that yes I can do that before we leave and they would be shipped to me for shipping fees which is fine. I ordered a number of posters/ads etc for my grandchildren and it was great it accepted all of my information except my country CANADA WHAT the hell is wrong with shipping to Canada I paid for getting the points and I cannot get items sent to me if I pay???? something is wrong. So I called the Regal phone number that was in the email sent to me from a lovely young lady and she was in Poland ??? she said she would check with her supervisor after a few mins came back and said oh we cannot ship to CANADA I SAID what the hell is wrong with Canada we are members in good standing -spent our money and not we cannot get anything except junk popcorn and candy – this is absurd.. in view of this we are unable to come back next season due to health reasons and may or may not be able to come in 2021 – so would like to at least redeem the points we have -Nobody at regal so far has been able to reply to us or give us information. Why the hell should outsiders get to be members ??? It should read on your site ANY REDEEMABLE PURCHASES ARE UNABLE TO BE SHIPPED TO CANADA OR OTHER COUNTRIES… I WOULD NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH A CARD……I am appalled at the service and very upset about how you treat your customers – and at this point would not recommend anyone go to Regal Cinemas anywhere – there are lovely other theatres in Palm Springs and areas. You and Tim Bird, your webmaster, need to fix the problem of the “1” not being included on Regal websites. You can do this by contacting Google again and going through the steps. I know you did it once, but there is a glitch that sometimes occurs within the Google site. You need to try again. Between you, and Google and their Artificial Intelligence setup, I’ve been living in a kind of hell for the last 6 years, getting unwanted calls from Regal customers. This is not my problem, it is Regal’s. I am not paid by Regal, you are. Fix it.

Attended Regal Treasure 16 (0731) 2/22/2019 Jensen Beach FL. Purchased popcorn which I thru in the garbage because the un popped kernels were very plentiful. At the end of the Movie I spoke with Shane Ecton (no business card) & requested a refund or free popcorn for the next time. I was told that he would do neither & that I should have come to him during the movie. Why would I miss the movie ? I believe that the popcorn s/b good quality for the prices charged. Is customer satisfaction a consideration at Regal?

I take offense at having to choose a seat before going into the theater. The choice is an reflex decision when you walk into the theater. To pick a seat from a screen is utterly annoying and totally unnecessary especially in the afternoon when attendance is light. Very poor experience.

On Sunday morning March 04, 2018 my wife and I met our two daughters(Ages 27 & 32) at the Edwards Ontario Palace Stadium 22 at 10:42AM. We met both our daughters there and had them park their cars towards the rear of Edwards parking lot. Both daughters entered my truck and we took them shopping close by the Edwards Ontario Palace 22. Then we took our daughters out to lunch and did more shopping after lunch. After a fun family day with my wife and our daughters we were all going to relax and watch a movie at the Edwards Ontario Palace 22. When we arrived back to purchase our movie tickets we noticed both our daughters cars were NOT there. We searched all over the Edwards parking lot only NOT to locate them . I walked inside to ask questions at the Guest Relations desk and was referred to a security guard who works for Capital Protection who is in charge of the security of the Edwards Palace Ontario 22 parking lot. The security guard informed me that both the vehicles(2008 Scion TC(White) & a 2014Toyota Camry(Red) were towed at 12:50PM and 01:29PM for illegal parking, not authorized to park inside the parking lot and leave vehicles. Both vehicles were towed by Priority One Towing and Recovery located at 915 West Brooks St, Ontario, Calif. 91762. This is a distance of 10.5 miles away for the Edwards Palace 22 Ontario.
One of my daughters immediately called the towing outfit at 1-800-550-4TOW and spoke to the owner Michael Parker. He was rude and annoyed that we had called him 04:30pm after hours. He did not want to come out to his towing location. He finally agreed to met us but made us wait over one hour and fifteen minutes before he arrived. I informed him I was going to use my credit card for both our vehicles to pay the same day release fee’s of $499.40 EACH….He said we could save $147.40 each if we waited till the next day to get both vehicles released. Both our daughters work during the weekday starting at 07:00AM and 08:00AM. So both our daughters needed their vehicles released Sunday night March 04, Michael Parker would NOT allow me to use my credit card to pay both fee’s of $499.40 EACH and he also would NOT allow me to accompany my daughters inside his property to make sure my daughters were safe.
My first daughter Lisa was terrified while she dealt with Michael Parker and used her credit card for the $499.40. twenty minutes later her car was released. Michael Parker also released her cars parking break so he could tow her vehicle. He told her she must have not applied her parking brake to cover up what he did.
Our other daughter Katie was next get her vehicle released or so we thought.. Michael Parker starting to talk, taunt my daughter Kathryne. She told she did not want to talk to him and just wanted to fill out the paper work and use her credit cad to pay her fee of $499.40. Well he didn’t like her “tone” and started yelling at my daughter and told her to leave HIS property because she is now trespassing. We could not believe what we just witnessed. He was now holding her vehicle hostage. He jumped in his white truck and open his gate and was leaving HIS property. My daughter and I both stood on the public sidewalk block his exit. We then called Ontario Police dept and explained this whole ugly mess. They said this was a Civil matter but they would said a Police Officer out to help remedy this situation. The Police officer finally arrived one hour later a approx 07:30PM…We explained the situation to Officer J. Avila. He understood and informed us he has been here before and dealt with Michael Parker due to similar situations. Officer Avila then met with Michael Parker and heard his side of the situation. Michael Parker finally agreed to release my daughters vehicle after the fee of $499.40 was paid in full. Officer Avila was allowed to stay with my daughter as the release paperwork was being filled out and full payment made.
What a terrible, stress full way to end our wonderful day we spent with our daughters.
Yesterday I was able to take pictures of the parking Edwards Palace 22 signs rules and towing signs at all the parking lot entrances(Bare minimum Only). Other commercial stores that care for their customers have parking signs posted at entrances and inside their parking lots.
Edwards Palace 22 Ontario Only has covered themselves by hiring Capital Protection to patrol and rule their Ontario parking lot.
Capital Protection and Priority One Towing and Recovery and working hand in hand together to scam the public and both make tons of money ripping off the public. You can sure as bet that Capital Protection is getting kick back money from Michael Parker for cars he tows away from Edwards Palace22 Ontario.
Yesterday March 06 I was met with the manager of the Edwards Palace 22 Ontario and was able to explain this ugly mess to Manager Amanda Kiss. She was very understanding and listened to my wholes story. I gave her my cell#760-963-6734 and information and she said she would give it to her General Manager and that he would be in contact with me soon. As of right now 02:30PM March 07, 2018 I have NOT heard or received a call from the General Manager.
I also informed Amanda I made up flyers showing a nice picture of the Edwards Palace 22 Ontario and a picture of the site location and sign for Priority One Towing and Recovery. I then wrote on my flyer, warning NOT to patronize or park at the Edwards Palace 22 Ontario parking lot because this is what will happen to you. I also posted a copy of the Impound Summary fee of $499.40. I have posted these flyers all over my huge work location and so have both my daughter and wife at their work locations.
Please checkout the Yelp postings for Priority One Towing, Michael Parker and Capital Protection. You will read very similar stories as to what we experienced with these two company’s. Michael Parker is a bully, short tempered and preys and torments women and the elderly. He acts like he is a god and you better not cross him or else.
This is a scam and shakedown being done, allowed and condoned By Edwards Palace 22 Ontario….. I also plan contact channel 2, 4 and 7 Scam/Fraud Tip program.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need further information.

My wife and I and another couple went to the Manassas VA (Bulloch Road) theatre last night to watch ‘Dunkirk’. We could have gone to our local Regal theater in Culpeper but decided it would be worth the drive and premium price to see the movie in IMAX format. Visually, the movie was quite excellent but the sound was terrible, so much so that the words that the actors were speaking were, in the main, intelligible. I suspect that this was due to either the excessive volume or high bass value of the sound. Whatever, we were unable to follow the story line and were greatly disappointed. I checked the sound of the same movie that happened to be playing in regular format elsewhere in the theater and the sound was quite clear and understandable. On leaving the theater, we asked to speak with the duty manager to voice our disappointment. The manager said that he was sorry that we had not enjoyed our Regal experience, that he had had similar complaints but there was nothing that could be done to improve the sound. If, indeed, this is true, I find it most disturbing. We will never opt to view a movie in IMAX format at this theater again.

Hi, I was wondering if your able to give me the names of the managers of my local theatres. They are the Edwards theatres 14 and RPX and Edwards theatres 10, which are located in Santa Maria CA. I’ll really appreciate because it’s important. Thank you so much.

I have been trying to reach customer support for the past two months and apparently no one works in this department. I have held on each time for 1/2 an hour with no results.
When I speak to the operator and ask to speak tp a human same results.
For a large corporation depending on the public this is intentional not to have a customer service department.
Using my app trying to log into my account I was not able. When I wend to change my password I am told it is not a valid e-mail account.
Tring to send an e-mail from the web site it requires a RCC number and without one can not send comments.
You have my e-mail address above. Please delete my account as I do not want any association with this organization.

I’m very upset with your service , for a family to see a movies it cost $100 plus, and I made the choice to do so, but when Regal take advent age for customers then something needs to be done. 5.28.16 I took my grandson and daughter to see Angry Bird at your 0563 Laurel MD location @ 840pm show, I purchase my 3 tickets online and was charge a seating fee at the boot, we were place at the very front which our necks was in pain, when ask to be move told call customer service, which I did and no person return my call.
W purchase pop corn and other food items which tasted bad and was told to file a complaint . I’m just amaze that one would have to deal with all these call just to have a movie night with my family.
